The issue might be related to any of the following; no disk space on server, tmp folder on server is full, or other server related issues. Kindly check your logs.

I would like to translate/change several words like “New”, “Promo”, “Quick view” etc.. Most of the PRO themes have those words in .po file some of them even in theme settings. I couldn’t found those in flatsome.po. Am I missing something or the only way to translate those word is via plugin?

we have had reports on Mac that the website does not display properly for example when someone does a search, now we dont have a mac here to do a complete test but have used a browser compatability website and it confirms what people are seeing, see below two screen shots the 1st one is what you see when you search and the second is when you scroll down because you have to.

I am trying to override a couple of files in the inc/shortcodes directory of a child theme, specifically sections.php and titles_dividers.php but they never override the main theme versions. I need this to fix a few ADA issues with your theme. How can I override those files? Thank you Gavin

I am facing a minor issue with the nextend FB plugin.
If I register via the Login Via FB button it works fine however I receive an email with the subject “Your username and password info” which asks me to reset my PW.
This adds confusion in terms of users not being sure on what to do and whether their PW needs to be reset etc.
the content of the email is (I have replaced the actual website name by example.com below)

We do not have a sand box program for the theme. You will need to purchase a copy to test it out.
We have page templates without sidebars that should work well.

-with WC Vendors, if you have a shop sidebar, it shows on the Vendor’s shop page. Is there code available to not call the shop sidebar on specific pages?

Shame you don’t have a sandbox, more and more themes offer one so you can try before you buy—instead of paying $59 and then learning whether it works for you.

I am afraid we do not have a setting for this. You will need to write the code for this.

It is important to note that we have not had any compatibility tests with the plugin so incompatibility may occurs right off the bat. However, Flatsome has been built in accordance with WordPress coding standards and hence would work with any plugin that follows the same standards.
