I´m a beginner in Wordpress and I’m trying to make our agencys website with Uncode Theme. Please help me with some dumb questions:
I want a static portfolio in the start-page with a header and three blogposts and a footer. I want the images from the portfolio to be linked to underpages. I have chosen a themepage as a static/startpage, a blogpostpage and a themepage for a portfolio page. Then I have modified them a little. Working with the Visual composer and Content block for the headers. Am I doing it right?
1. What I don’t understand is how I can change the title in the overlay for the portfolio images? Do I have to make a portfolio underpage for that project first and then link it? I also want to change font in the overlay but can’t see where I can change.
2. I don’t see how I can add new images in the portfolio – I am adding media when I am editing the page but nothing happens. When I am editing the posts I can’t see where I can change or add new images.
2. What I understand is the Visual Composer a pagebuilder-tool when you make your own design from start – not when you have chosen a theme page? Is that right?
4. Can I only edit the theme-headers with the content block?

Hello, there is a bug wth menu and revolution slider, i have put ” data-skin=”dark” ” in slider revolution Link & seo, to have the dark skin before we scroll (and when we scroll have the white skin) and it work only half the time. If you try 4 time it appear sometime white sometime dark, if i use the standard uncode block header, it work all the time, but we can’t put a video in background on mobile (that’s why i switched to revolution slider with html5 video, which work), here is my website : https://www.clubabsolu.com/
Hi michael-evoged! I see the error but after so many times it’s the first time some users report an issue with SR and Skins system, have you tried to remove any extra customisations? Sorry but with your lock screen it’s not possible debug what happen on the loading phase. Anyway if this is just a single slider header you can create a Content Block, insert a row without padding, set the Dark skin and insert here the SR (so you connect a CB that has the slider). This should by pass any problem you have without modify the layout.

Hello, just discovered that there is a page title for the 404 page that says “Page not found • (site title)”. I would like to translate “Page not found”, but I can’t seem to find it in .po file or 404.php file… Any idea where I can change it?
Hi! Do you refer to the 404 template or 404 custom page? In our demo contents the 404 is a custom Content Block created with Visual Composer. Hi, using the latest version of the theme + latest WP version the Icon box > Icon shows nothing, I can’t select any icon. No css nor js errors found while loading the page (latest Chrome). Regards.

hi, a couple of questions before buying. can i change the layout of the cart and checkout pages? can i move the ‘apply coupon’ and ‘cart totals’ elements to a right hand side column beside the cart contents? can i lay out the checkout page with the billing details in a left hand side column and ‘your order’ and the payment box on the right? and is it possible to remove the page title banner on these two pages and the single product pages with a setting change rather than having to code it? thanks in advance for replying…

Unfortunately these are pages that comes from WooCommerce itself and these are the only pages you cannot modify, what you can modify is the top banner, footer (not the template that are from WooCommerce) etc… Let us know if you need more infos!
We bought your theme for a client, and we are building the site in a subdomain for now, until we are done with the site and we can move it to the correct domain. Is there a way to activate the theme in the sub-domian, then desactive it and re-activate in the real domain?
Hi! By the moment you activate the final version the subdomain version we’ll be automatically unregistered. So feel free to work on the subdomain and then register the final version, the registration record will be moved to final version.

Hi i was just wondering before i purchase this theme. I have a friend who use this theme and i am quite fascinated about the flexibility. I am just wondering if the ICON Title colour can be different from the general page colour. I’m asking this because that my friend couldn’t do this even with html tags. Do you think its something that is achievable?

I don’t know how I’m supposed to report a bug now that my support has expired. I should be able to report a product bug regardless of paid support time. With adaptive images on, the network tab shows that images are being loaded twice in different sizes. When I turn adaptive images off, only the full size image is loaded. This is contributing toward a terrible Google PageSpeed Insights score.

Hi walliconsulting! Actually you can open an image from a button but not contents, sorry. Do you need some sort of iframe content opened from a button or just an image?
I have a post I wanted to present in a lightbox. Actually a contact form to be precise (so could also put on a page if it make anyting easier)

Anyway I saw lot of users with some extra plugins that can help you create a quick view, for example you can try some free https://wordpress.org/plugins/popup-maker/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-popup-show/ (I don’t exactly what plugin was sorry).

Hello team! As I am GoDaddy user, I had to update the Uncode manually. Unfortunately it doesn’t recognise my details when trying to enter them in System Status / Product registration field. The line stays in red and therefore my website now is a bit broken.

Not sure if I have any other registrations. I was entering my ThemeForest username and pass + purchase number in the documents provided – after removing the Wordpress Theme and then installing it back again. This is also the only theme I am using, have been purchased. (And must say – love it!). Can’t figure out what went wrong.

On the filters just show branding.. when i just selected filter… and i ahve all the demo categories *branding web and all ( how do i get them to show up
Hi Bacteriia! If you use the basic filtering it’s logic the filter menu shows categories for the elements that are present on the page, otherwise you’ll have an empty page when you filter an item. If you need the filter menu shows all the categories you need to use the pagination mode, this method will show all the categories and will load the elements to be filtered. I hope it’s clear the difference.
I’ve noticed that when I scrolling the page, the “hover” class of all links disappears and reappears when the scroll stops. I guess it can be an effective way to increase scroll performance. But, in my case, I would like to disable it.
Maybe with a simple line of Javascript code? I’ve tried it without success:

Hi Prismarama! Yes this is a famous scrolling performance improvement… you can try to hack just pasting this in the Theme Options > CSS:
.disable-hover .page-wrapper *{pointer-events:autoimportant;}
