You can use Hooks of course but this feature accepts html only.
Hello, i installed the main theme and registered it. When i install the child-theme, the child theme is not registered. When i try to register it i get a notice that i have already used this purchase code. How can i solve this ?
Hi,
there is no need to register child theme because child takes over all options and features from the parent. So generally, if parent theme is registered, you don’t need to do anything else.

I have the BeTheme 6.8 installed on a clients website which I took over 2 years ago. Suddenly somewhere in the last 2 months the Muffin Builder disappeared and content is only shown in custom fields. I would recommend my client to update the theme but don’t know if the update might break all what has been designed before. There is no child. What could be? Can you recommend something? Or do you know what happened to the Muffin Builder?

Very interesting answer from you as I am willing to buy the latest version.
The answer is always the same for those who does not have “Purchased” badge next to their nickname because it means that they did never bought any license. And like we said, if your client did it, you supposed to ask him for a purchase code and post questions on support forum.
My client got the website done 3 years ago from an agency which used your theme. So the agency bought it and the client paid for it. I took it over as my client was not happy with it. I did not like the theme from the beginning but had to work with it. Now I like to purchase it to update the website and I feel treated not well. So I rathe recommend my client to build a new website with another theme. Well done! Good bye!

So my client decided to get another update from BeTheme so we can at least do the needed changes in the text, which is not possible anymore as the Muffin builder just disappeared and changes in the custom fields can not be updated or saved.

My client decided to the latest version of the theme another time so at least we can do the needed changes in the text. Right now I don’t see the muffin builder but the content is in custom fields. Any changes there are not taken after updating the field and the page.

Hello, I’m looking for the “bullet list”- and “table”-element. table is completely missing, and “list” brings me something like a features widget (one big icon & text), “infobox” brings a list with check marks which I can not remove. Where are these elements? I saw them on your demo page but they are not in the layoutbuilder??!

I am having a bit of trouble with some unwanted spacing on some pages for the “Creative Always Open” header layout. When I do NOT use the sidebar, the background displays correctly along the left margin next to the navigation https://www.screencast.com/t/Hb5GaZJN4r. However, I want the sidebar so when it’s applied, there is a white gap between the container and the margin along the left next to the navigation https://www.screencast.com/t/yGrvpVNCP5g. Hello! Okay, I fixed the problem with the header. I had some CSS that was adding height that I overlooked, and in the end, decided to put a Rev Slider in. For the form issue, I’m changing forms so I think that will resolve that issue, as I ran into another problem with Contact Form 7. If I’m still running into problems, I’ll let you know. if you did not modified any theme files, you don’t need to worry about the update. And the easiest way to do it is an update thru BeTheme > Dashboard section but make sure that your BeTheme version is minimum 20 or newer.

i have modified some theme files and when i have updated my theme from 20.6.2 to 20.6.3 all my custom work/settings has deleted.

Sorry but what custom work/settings has deleted? Maybe you have changed files and that’s the reason? It is impossible that the settings from database has vanished.
Same problem here.. update package is empty as error when trying to upgrade versions.. on a side note.. update for Layerslider is also not working (update package not available.

Somehow the Update function isn’t working for me. When I try to update the theme it keeps telling me, that the downloaded zip file has no data inside. That happens for the theme and the pugins ? O.o
oh, and it keeps telling me “Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.” this is the correct domain…. www.marketing-box.eu

Everything working again. Had to reset the Theme settings to fix that odd font behaviour, but luckily i had a backup of the theme styling from the day i finished it.

Under section 4.2.3 Blockquote , it stated there’s a style option: Style ( choose a style for this Item – Classic or Modern)

to import different pre-built layouts to learn how things were done, we suggest to use multisite so you can import different demos into sub-domains for example. You can also import demos into same installation but before each import, we suggest to clear database with database reset plugin, included into theme.
