I have the main top menu set to primary menu just like on the default HomeV2 Homepage but the child menus are not showing up underneath the parent menus? Is there a setting on the HomeV2 global overrides I need to add? EDIT: found the problem.
I accidently deleted the footer page slug field to the right of where you select the footer page slug for the V2 Homepage in the global override settings. This slug had the social media icons and half top shot of a beer glass just like on the V2Homepage. I can’t find any info in the documentation on where to find it to set it back.

That didn’t override the footer that is in place. In your email to me you said use
footer, but your comment on the theme page says to put the word footer in the field. I’ve tried both but the half glass of beer and social media icons aren’t showing up, it’s a different footer that is showing.

Hello, i have a problem with instalation. The pages are duplicated, every page repeat content 2 times. In the admin, the pages seens to be ok, when i switch to another standard theme the pages comes ok, no repeat, but when i change to this theme, every page repeat two times again, my site: http://cachacamurano.com.br/wordpress/

Please take a look Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer panel. Your Footer Page Slug setting most probably contains the slug of non existing page. Remove the slug and the problem should be resolved.

Won’t allow me to change the logo under customize menu. Pretty buggy theme so far…

There are two settings for a logo. One is on Appearance > Customize > General Settings panel which you are referring to.
As described in the documentation, you can override these settings on per page basis. If you edit specific page, you will notice Settings section with Override Global Settings subsection. All these values override settings from Appearance > Customize for that page:
In your case there is probably logo override on your home page which you should remove and the logo set in Appearance > Customize > General Settings will start appearing.

Still is not showing up…is there a max width the logo can be? I’ve uploaded per page and the instructions ^^, still doesn’t work.

Where’s the purchase code??? I’ve looked in the theme files, logged into Theme Forest and went to purchases and it’s nowhere?? Really? Kind of hard to submit a ticket when it’s this difficult to find the purchase code. Every other code is there, order number, etc., but no purchase code.

I would suggest moving the demo folder out of the root directory of the theme files. Demo content is usually in first tier of folder structure.

If you have left the ticket with wp-admin credentials at https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ our support team will assist you with the demo import.
The import may take a long time since a fairly large amount of images needs to be downloaded. You can track the progress by opening your Media Library in another tab and see if the number of images increases over time by refreshing the Media Library window. If it does the only thing you can do is wait until it finishes.

Looking to purchase this theme, but I was curious if the lazy loading is easy to disable? Is it a part of the core of the theme, or is it set for each section?

Loader can be switched off easily by setting the option in WP Customizer. So can the css3 animations. Neither of the two is part of the core of the theme.

If you are referring to the videos in the header slider, they are both the same – in fact it is the same video in the background of the topmost section and the first and the third slide are transparent so the video seems as part of the slider.

The theme does not support Visual Composer. The page builder used is our Bold Builder. The theme features the element for image gallery. For video gallery, you would have to use third party plugins.

Hi BoldThemes team, is there a way to have the logo displayed on the right side on mobile ? Its pretty close to the sandwich menü left – and on the right side is nothing – hence would be nicer. Any tip? Thx!

Thanks ! It works for the logo – but on the mobile the sidepanel has a bug then, the adress and telefon field is than pointing left. Can you check if that happens on your site as well?

Installed dummy content, which was the longest install in my 8 years of WordPress, now the next day none of the work I did is there from the night before. And it keeps saying that there is a Error every time I try to install it again. Please help.

Hi Bold Themes one quick question:
can you give us some guidance where we can change the font-family with this theme?
we tried the anyfont plugin but it does change only a few headers most of the texts stay in the predefined robot font family.
Would be great if you could tell us what you would do if you needed to add a custom font and we can copy that on this theme

Hey – yes sure – but that s only for the predifend once or can we get the two custom fonts to appear in there too?
Not really possible to add fonts there but if you are already using third party plugin to import fonts, then it should be easy to override CSS font-family property, e.g. enter this in Customize > Additional CSS:

font-family: YOUR-FONT-HERE !important;
}
