Here you can read more about out of date WooCommerce files, as you can see the only error (the other are notices) is with MaxMind GeoIP Database that is not part of Uncode: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004005069
So what happen if you deactivate Uncode and you enable the native WP theme? I think you have the same issue that is not Uncode related.

Thank you for your response but it’s not really a good one to provide a service. Do you know designers do have clients? and do you also know that a client can purchase he/her theme and hire a designer or dev to set it up for them? And do you think a client will have that time to come over here and asking a question about your theme? It doesn’t matter if you see a purchase in someone account over here. Your job is to respond to everyone who posts a question here about your theme because you created something that deserves people to ask a question. I think you need to learn how to respond to your clients over here. I am very disappointed!!!

Hi broklinonjei! Sorry to say but this is not true. When you buy a theme on ThemeForest you have 6 months of support included that is provided in the manner indicated by the author (https://themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/13373220/support).
Please note that ThemeForest includes the “Purchased” badge to distinguish who bought the theme from user with a possible pirate version that otherwise can come here and ask support questions about a product. You understand that this is not possible. Please note that I’m not saying you are a pirate user, just this is the official ThemeForest policy for support to fight and reduce piracy. In fact here you don’t see users without the purchase badge asking for support questions. Dear Undsgn, First of all I would like to congratulate you for creating such a great, clean and very flexible WP theme. Honestly speaking that this is one of the best theme which really caught my attention at first look.

Actually I’ve recently purchased some third party business/shared hosting plan and in their package there are more than three thousand of WP-themes for free and there is another partner of them offering premium themes but non of them were according to my taste. I then googled and found yours as a perfect match. But I’m bit confused to purchase this theme so I have few question before purchasing this beautiful theme and therefore I would need your assistance/help regarding this theme.

1. If I would purchase this theme, tell me what is included in this package of purchasing a 1yr extended license OR what would be included in that purchased item? I mean is that 1yr license is valid for website theme OR is it for support only? And if it is just for support than what are you offering in a 1yr package support?

2. If I would purchase this theme, then pls let me know that would you gonna install it yourself OR do I have to install/setup/manage it myself?

3. When I’ll have purchased this theme, would it work for life time OR do I have to pay that 1yr package price evey year OR is it one time payable? And what if in-case/in-future I would need a support after 1yr extended license ended then what do I have to do? Do I have to purchase the 1yr extended license again of another year support OR what? And what would it cost me for the next year support? I mean the pricing will be same OR less then the current 1yr pricing?

4. I’m actually a freelance graphic designer and have a huge portfolio to showcase my work, but on the other hand I want to open my ready-made/pre-made logo design shop so would this theme work smoothly for that kind of e-commerce/portfolio website? And Tell me that will you gonna set the WooCommerce compatible shop OR do I have to setup all these stuff?

5. I’ve seen different themes/layouts in this “Uncode” theme, pls tell me if all of these themes are included in just a single .zip theme file? OR do I have to select one theme like “I am Freelance” and then just that layout will be given to me OR all the layouts will be included in that theme purchase? I’m asking this because if in-case I would want to change my website from just a freelancer to a “Creative Agency.

6. And last but not least, is this WP-Theme work perfectly in any other third party hosting plan OR not? Because I found this theme is selling through Envato-Market and unfortunately I’ve bought my domain/hosting from other party. I hope you understood what I mean.

Hi! I mean that when you import demo contents you have alle the layouts you can see in our demo site, so both the Freelance both the Creative Agency. In the showcase you can see some real websites created with Uncode, as you can see you find also different variations from our demos you can achieve (but these layouts are created by the users and are not available as official demos). Yep you can have both Portfolio both shop on the same site (there a few example in the showcase). So you can both mix layouts both use different on the same site.

My Uncode website went white/blank recently, and through hosting support they had to deactivate the core plugin for it to load/me be able to access my WP backend. Every time I install/activate it, the backend isn’t accessible. Why is this?

We are sorry but it’s not possible understand what happen without a check, as you can understand this can be only related to some server issue, first of all this is a super popular theme, second the theme doesn’t decide to become white/blank from a day to another it seems that something has changed on your support (host) or you have installed some extra stuff that create a conflict. I haven’t touched my website in the last few months, and everything was working fine – nothing new installed. I talked to my host (JustHost) and they had to turn off the Uncode Core plugin as they said that was causing the conflict/issue/corruption. They told me it’s an issue with Uncode. My support has run out for Uncode since I’ve been a user for a long time, so if you’re going to make me pay more to help resolve an issue that I’ve been told is on your side, I’m just going to upgrade to another platform. We hope you can understand first that a a theme doesn’t broke itself without any actions (I refer also to server actions and adjustments), this is one of the Envato top-seller items and if there is a big problem like this all the messages here should be about the same problem you report, so sorry it’s definitely not something on our side (https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase). Please also note that hosts continuous update their server, both from upgrade for maintenance, so the only thing I can think of is that your host modified some settings and now you are experiencing some issues. Can you please ask your host what is the specific error you have? If the claim the problem is the theme they should also ask what is the problem. On the other hand you should ask why a so popular theme fails on their host only (and oddity they worked like a charm before). We are not asking to renew your support if this is expired but at the same is not easy to help on a public wall like this (this is the official Envato policy). Anyway if you are still convinced the problem is a so popular theme the best we can offer is a refund so in case please ask using the official request form. This is the best we can do for you.
PS: In all this I suppose that all the server requirements are met and that you don’t have any errors in the System Status.

Hi there, I just purchased this theme, very good job, thanks! My question is WooCommerce recently have a important update, seems they changed a lot of stuff. So after I updated my WooCommerce to the latest version in your theme, I got a notice said “Your theme (Uncode) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce”, so I just wanna know when you will update your theme to fit the new version of WooCommerce? The latest WooCommerce is a minor update (this is what you can read in the official WooCommerce blog and it’s an update from just 3 days ago). I have set “Menu Full Width” to On, but still the main menu does not show up in full width? (like in your Helpdesk Classic demo example). I have basically just installed WP and Uncode, Imported Demo content, and set frontpage static to Helpdesk classic page. Everything good, but the damn Main Menu will not show up in full width???

Hey guys! Thrilled with this theme. Thank you so much. :-)

Small problem I’m hoping you can help me with. I’m trying to add a background image created by the SiteOrigin css image generator (http://bg.siteorigin.com/) and get the small tile to repeat as a background on one of my pages, but the image won’t repeat, and I’ve definitely set it to repeat in the row editor Style tab. It’s covering the whole row, stretching out the tile image so it’s extremely blurry. In other words, just not repeating. :-) Any idea why this would be? Here are my settings for the row:

Background color: set to a custom color (note, I’ve unselected color and have the same problem.

Background Media: tile image selected

background-repeat selected

background-attachment selected

background-position – nothing selected

1. This vary according to the footer layout but there is not a build in option, in case what footer layout do you have? So we can pass a quick code according your settings. In case also your site preview is good to avoid confusions.
2. No sorry this is not an option (really not common), at least you need to create some custom JS codes.

Hi! If you activate the native WordPress theme on this installation instead of Uncode you’ll see you have the same error, please do this test otherwise you think it’s a theme problem. Hi, I have the same problm of others here about setting the skin through the command “data-skin=”dark”” in SR and Content Block, I checked the syntax as suggested in a comment but still doesn’t work. So then I was trying to follow a tip found in another comment:

<<create a Content Block, insert a row without padding, set the Dark skin and insert here the SR (so you connect a CB that has the slider)>>

My question is, how do I set the Dark skin for a specific row or content block?

or is there a way to set a skin with CSS?

Hi! The tip is just a workaround since the user has a lock screen and we cannot check what happen. Please take care since you need to write data-skin=”dark” and not data-skin=”dark” (note the quotation marks). If this not helps please show at least your site preview or open a private ticket so we can check what you are missing.

Hi! I just installed the theme on a fresh Wordpress installation and I am having some trouble. When your theme is installed and I am logged into the WP admin panel, the front end website will not load. WP admin still loads fine. If I open an incognito window and load the website it works fine. I have tried clearing my cache and such. Switching to any other theme makes the website load, which makes me think this is something on your end. Anything you guys can help me with?

As I mentioned, website loads fine when you’re not logged in to Wordpress. You won’t be able to see my problem unless you login. But I will let support handle that :)

Yes what I mean, it’s not possible debug if you have an odd issue, i hope you can understand it’s not possible a so popular theme is not visible when you are logged, something odd is happening at your end and we need to check! Notify here when you have created the ticket!

Hi NerdCommerce! Page video backgrounds will always loop the “loop” and this is the supposed behaviour, the option your refer is reserved when you use the video in lightbox etc.

I got it, but only tittle area is clickable. Please, could you let me know how to find the proper set up for made the full area logo clickable? (at the moment “multiple click area” is activated in both block and single block sections).

There is nothing else to set, at least please share your site url so I can check. The only think to note that you cannot use the Team Member option if you use custom links (since they have links).
