Hello, after installing the theme you’ll be prompted to install a list of plugins. Among those required plugins there is visual composer. Once installed you can edit the post and you will see the Visual Composer blue buttons above the text editor.

Hello, I’m sorry but I don’t understand the question, as in the previous one you ask about Visual composer, which is a plugin, then if you say Element I think you mean a single element of the visual composer… so I’m a bit confused and don’t really know the correct answer.

how to load demo?
full demo is not loading. Some of the demo is but not all. can i send you the link directly so you can view it and help me get the demo working?
Also, the shortcode and schedule filter detail for the carousel and sliders are not displaying. please show me an example of how to input the schedule filter taxonomy. or is there a better way to add the upcoming shows and schedule to my home page like the demo page
And I my theme download does not have the plugin radio suite which is required. please help
Hello, please check the manual, there is a “support” section, we can’t provide help here at the moment, as described in the manual and in the product file called “0 – READ ME FIRST.rtf”. All the plugins are now downloaded directly from our provider, just follow the installation instruction prompted on your screen and sdk support in the way described in the manual, thank you!
This is not helping. I followed the directions and yet all of the qt plugins are not here in my plug in list. Can you help with this? I am also needing to remove the black strip at the top of the home page and replace with the slider like the demo.
I’m sorry but as explained before you are requiring support in the wrong place, if you read the support section of the manual as pointed out in the previous post you’ll get in touch directly with the support crew, and you will receive proper attention from a tech expert, is very well explained also in the manual that we don’t provide support here except for very very small things.

Hello, I tried that 3 days ago and I did not get a reply. I just need you to give me a link so I can download the QT RadioSuite Plugin ….. Your manual says it should have been in my theme but its not. My upcoming shows is not working properly and the manual says that the QT RadioSuite Plugin is required for this. Hello,. Sorry for the delay bit probably your request need the chief developer to check it, and he is now attending his newborn at the hospital please hold on a couple of days. As general hint from hundreds of similar cases, youay have an issue with your server settings.
All the plug-in a are installed directly from online repository so please BE SURE than in your server you have CURL module enabled and that you have any server. To serve connection enabled, if the installation is being blocked or you see forbidden errors, please ask your provider.
hello is it possible to place a simple slider in place of the slider post?
Hello! You can use Revolution Slider if you want, it’s compatible with the theme. There are actually dozens of slideshows so we didn’t want to add functions that are already available with free or premium plugins, instead the theme only provides the special functions that would be much more complex to achieve with the third party existing plugins.

Hello, it’s compatible with the audio stream for sure because we have another customer using it, but we are still working for the song titles function. In fact our customer asked to Sam Broadcaster the address of the song feed a couple of days ago and we are waiting for the info to make the song titles function for SAM. So audio works already, and song titles will work as soon as we receive the needed info from the radio provider. For any more info let me know, thanks!

Of course! We are actually supporting Shoutcast, icecast, radio.co and Airtime, and our intent is to support as many providers as possible. Of course this requires some collaboration from the radio providers, in giving us the info to connecto and retreive the data, but then is of course in our best interest to create the most integrated theme possible

Hello Erols, I just received an update about this. We have been answered by Sam broadcaster that there is NO available song info from them. They also answered that if we want this info we should basically try to hack their service, which makes no sense to me, and so it makes it impossible to get the song titles from SAM. I’d also suggest to go for a more reliable provider like radio.co or airtime because you’ll soon find out that those info are very very important, when you need to increase the listeners via tunein, itunes or any other radio hub.
We have a radio as well since 6 years and can tell you for sure that a reliable provider is the first thing to grow a stable audience and take advantage of the many possibilities to increase your audience, and I don’t think you’ll have it with Sam unfortunately.

I’m trying to choose between airtime and radio.co. What services have you used in all six years of radio? I prefer to ask, not to choose the wrong one again.
Well our radio is actually on Wavestreaming.com, which is the old name of radio.co, we have never had a problem and their support is super fast, reliable and kind. You can find our website here:

About Airtime Pro, I know for sure it’s a bit more expensive, but have no direct experience. We added its support because many customers use it, so I think is a reliable service too.
Of course we have no affiliation with any service. By the way any Shoutcast V2 or Icecast provider is compatible with the theme, and if you want to find or test other providers we can test them with OnAir2 without any problem.

Well, actually this theme has a button to open the player, as the player can hold unlimited radio channels, so the “listen” is a switch for the player, while the “popup” opens the popup player. There is no setting to start the music clicking “listen” for the simple reason that as it can hold many stations, a user can’t choose what to play fromthere. But if you enable the autoplay, the first radio will start to play, and you can use the listen as start/pause.

I am looking for a theme for a “TV Channel” with multiple hosts who have the ability to upload their videos (not sure if I want to host the videos or simply link to Vimeo, YouTube or some other host). Would your theme do this?
Also, my hosts may or may not have live shows (if that makes a difference)

Hello! only MP3 is actually fully supported, aac may work on some devices but some browsers cannot play it.

Just tested, it looks like your SHOUTcast version is very very old (1.9, you see it on the top right corner of your shoutcast page) and Chrome blocks this stream because is considered a potential threat, so this stream doesn’t play in the browser even accessed directly.
I strongly recommend to go for a better radio provider as this is not a theme problem but a stream issue. Is well known that the stream is not accepted from Chrome and other major browsers. More info can be found on official threads like those:

You can find a new radio provider (very recommended) or ask to update the SHOUTcast version to your actual provider, telling him that his software os very outdated (probably 7+ years old).

Well, actually the theme is indipendent from your problem, but of course fixing your stream issue is very important and will still be a problem with any other theme/plugin for radios, because as you saw the problem is strictly connected with the browsers themselves, so yes, I’d first fix the stream and then go for the website.
I’d strongly recommend radio.co or airtime pro if you need a cloud schedule for your shows, they are both very cheap and reliable.

Hello, very sorry for such a late reply due to personal circumstances. The player features the circle as main component, to “delete” it the only possibility is to hide it via CSS.
What happened to the SLAM theme? Iva to see if there was a new version with correction of the many errors that had. But I see that it was eliminated.
Hello, it was removed from the market few months ago because it became impossible to update for the compatibility with recent external plugins. Technically still works but may show some design glitches. If you have a valid support license support is still provided via our helpdesk, and if you have to redownload the product you can get in touch with us.
Just want to say I really love this setup, Even if I can eventually afford this Id like to leave credits for creation. Someday I may make the money to buy this with any luck. Great job!

Hello, i’m here with an update on your request even thou is not the right place. Actually there is a function to reload all the schedule related elements, this function was added on request of many customers in order to automatically update the carousel contents if you keep the page open for a long time, to display up-to-date information.
You can disable this function in Appearance > Customize, but please remember that every schedule item will then udpate only reloading the page.

Hi, you can edit the file qt-main.js line 1190 (60000 is 60 seconds). Then in appearance > Customize you have to go in the developer settings and enable debug. In this way it will load your custom file.

Why, for example, is scheduled to be Friday at 8:00 onair should be “Good Morning London” (and this appears on the banner “NOW ON AIR”), but in Radio Player I hear stream 06AM IBIZA UNDERGROUND RADIO? Hello and thanks for the question! This is a demo site where we have added another radio to a demo site.
What you see in the preview a demo, not a real website. As radio we use our own radio station which is 06AM ibiza and in the demo we have to use random fake names for the schedule.
The real website with that radio, using OnAir2, is here: http://www.06amibiza.com/The player reads the information provided with a SHOUTcast, Icecast, Radio.co or Airtime Pro, which usually contains the track title and author, and display that under the player.
The schedule and the actual track are 2 separate things.

Hi Luke, I’m sorry for the rushy response, we have been overloaded of support requests on the wrong channel (this one) and is not possible to support people here.
I also see your support expired but I understand you are trying to alert about a theme malfunctioning, but we have other customers using this function now and was tested by them in beta and by us before publishing, so I’m pretty confident that what you experience is caused by misconfiguration.
With the monthly schedule there are now 4 levels of data matrix. If you enable that function you have to be sure to not have:
- shows overlapping - days overlapping - week schedule overlapping
This is the most common cause of schedule issues, if you check all this and it results fine, let me know and we see what to do. Thanks!
