Looks liek the current Woocommerce is breaking the theme. The single product page is a mess. The menu is cut off and not where it should be… Any ideas ?

The latest version of Avada and Woocommerce are 100% compatible and this is not something that has been reported as an issue within our support. Also make sure that you are running the latest version of Avada, version 5.2.2, and all patches have been applied.

Current Version: 5.2.2 Woocommerce Version 3.2.1 All patches applied.
Basically the menu is overlapping woocommerce…
It would be best if you submit a ticket for us, so our developers can check it out. We’ve not heard of any of these reports and we have a very large user base using WooCommece. Most likely it could be a conflict with a 3rd party plugin that does not work with the latest woo. That would be my first guess and something to check.
If it continues, please post up a ticket for us so our developers can look at your site url.

My variations stopped working. After the woocommerce update. Also battling to edit any products in woocommerce backend. What do I need to do to fix this. I run the Foo Events Ticketing plugin, And I cannot load the events. I have to switch to the standard theme in order to get that working.

Question. I have a Vimeo video in the homepage slider. When you scroll down the page to read or anything and pause for a minute…and then scroll back up, the Vimeo video is super small and in the top left of the slider.

When I import an image on a page with the same size as the demo content the image automatically looks smaller then the image from the demo content. And in the media I see that both of the images are same sizes. ????

You mean the Revolution Slider update or Theme Update? if you mean Revolution Slider update its a free bundled plugin with our theme and we will be updating it when we release our theme update other than that our latest version for theme is 5.2.2 and you should be able to update it whenever you want.

Hi, I need a theme for some products only, so 1 product in 1 page, in the main page there is a link that leads to each page. and do not use the cart. is it on the avada theme that can be like that? Thanks

You can use WooCommerce product element for this for sure, however you will still need the cart to check out in this case or to get the payments, or else you can simply use our Portfolio element and set the products as portfolios.

Hey, when I a trying to activate the layerslider wp, I am getting this error:

That is correct for sure, however there is no need for you to “activate” the layer slider in order to use it, here the activation means activation of a stand alone license which you do not have (unless you have purchased it) because this plugin was bundled free with our theme.

The missing tags you see there are actually coming from the plugin itself as well and you will also see them when you enable the default WordPress theme, they are actually optional tags and for the required ones we have ensured that they are available on the pages.

Yes it is ON Ok. I mean a submenu to a submenu item. Not main menu it self So Home (arrow) Subpage1>sub_subpage1 I mean to show arrow near the submenu icon

That is not a possibility right now, the drop down indicator is only available for the main menu and not for the sub menu, this will require you to use custom CSS to achieve this.
