I just bought this theme and have some just a few issues.
1. When I copy the demo following your video tutorial it brings up an error saying
Empty textarea, please paste your export options.
As a result of this I have use WP import export but seems to import only some info.
2. How do I add the registration and login on top navigation as in demo.
3. How do I change the word causes to campaigns
4. I have updated and created new campaigns but the default text is still showing on front end don’t know why as I have empty my cache but same problem.
5. Any possibility to add more payment options using woocommerce.

during the installation process we issued a little problem 
going step by step regarding your documentation and what would be the most important for us – importing demo – there is problem
so Tools -> Import -> Wordpress and the xml file which is called charityfoundation-content.xml then we got this and this is beyond our knowledge, so please help!

so the above issue is solved but there would be another thing….which probably not your side but let us show you pls!
purchasing the new visual composer (because otherwise the old is not working!) but there is a problem between them and envato as in this last 24 hours many other people couldnt activate their licence key which is pretty pretty annoying. VComp solution +support was to sign out and in and that will solve the problem, well ours wasnt! it just doesnt redirect us to be able to activate it and all the time (Envato) wants us to confirm our username but after they do not send any confirmation mail at all to go on…. it will be hard to work like this
But we would like to ask you to check this out: http://stella.comhlamh.org/ because we dont have VComp and nor the donations export working obviously without the VC plug in (cant import them) but just something does not feel right at the moment with the site itself…
NO effective customization has happened yet, the demo was imported successfully but just wonder this should look like at the early step as ours?

I have would like to know if your Donations plugin uses the PayPal donations function (Which they do not allow in Thailand where our PayPal account is located). Seems the donation function of the theme do not work – People can make a payment using PayPal but it does not change the totals in the draft website
We were given the plugin to test before purchase, and your link for presales questions go to a login that requires a purchase code. I obviously do not want to purchase this theme if it is not able to be used in Thailand with a Thai Paypal account.
I noticed you never tend to answer questions here (which kind of defeats the purpose of providing information for people to view to help make a purchase decision) But it would be nice if you could help me to purchase by advising if the theme and plugin will work without a PayPal account with donation features
