First of all, I will thank you for your interests in our theme! I have inspected your website and now, it seems that your site is working good. The main menu bar still working on the mobile mode and I saw that you have changed the mobile theme to General responsive mode. Regarding on your images, notice that here -> http://www.screencast.com/users/mallymack003/folders/Default/media/7b99c6a9-2d36-46ca-b05f-b1b702379060 you have mobile theme plugin installed on your website and that’s why you bring another theme’s layout than the desktop version. If you do not want to have this, you simply disable the mobile theme and then, the theme’s layout will be automatically switched to the General Responsive Mobile. First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version via FTP way according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ because this is the surest theme method. Also, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If all these steps have been successfully followed and if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at your backend setup page.

I guess that you are referring to the Ajax Filter, right? -> https://www.screencast.com/t/E5wrMseKc Sorry but please notice that feature has not been designed to be used for Custom Post Type but only for the normal posts which are included in categories and not in custom taxonomies. Also, notice that you can display your custom posts type in Blocks and sort them by our type sorting from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/4NqI6IlFBZKj

Thanks for the feedback! One doubt, this feature quoted in the second printscreen does somehow allow for filtering by a custom taxonomy?

The blocks do not have the capability to filter posts by taxonomy at the moment, only by category. You can display custom post types and sort them, but cannot filter them by taxonomy terms.

It also appears that the 1/4 + 3/4 column layouts are no longer working.

How was this update approved to rollout? Was it even tested thoroughly?

All issues appear to have been caused by the tagDiv Composer plugin being activated, possibly during the update process.

Once I deactivated the plugin, the issues were resolved.

Also, please notice that our theme does not have any such an option and also, itțs not recommended to be used 1/4+3/4 as layout, sorry!

I have installed the theme and VC plugin, it’s all fine now. The only confusion was with the changelog present in js_composer. Probably it was not updated. But the plugin is of latest version. Thank you so much.

Sorry for this confusion but please notice that we do not edit anything linked by the Video Composer files. It’s good to know that when a new plugin’s update has been released, we will change/adjust the theme to fit with the plugin and not vice versa. You should installed the plugin and check the Plugins section to see that’s the latest version of Visual Composer.

Do you are referring to the Block’s pagination? If yes, notice that pagination style is a default and it does not be changed very easy but only through such custom work, sorry! Also, if you want to use number pagination for your homepage, you should try using as page template the Page Builder+Latest Articles+Pagination. Sorry but please notice that the theme does not have any other such an option for it. You should implement it yourself if you want to have another bottom ad functionality because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

If you want to do this, you should use the do_shortcode method and add it inside your post and if you want to have this ad inside to your all posts which are part of certain post template, you should edit the theme core file according to your post template used by you.

Sorry, it’s not possible to use more than one demo for a website. Please keep in mind that each of our demos is custom made and standalone and you cannot use only parts of them on your website but only if you will implement this yourself.
