Hi,
You can try re-creating the Slider using the MasterSlider or Slider Revolution plugins. These are premium slider plugins included with the theme and you will have option to retain the size of the image. You can also try using one IMAGE SLIDER module in TATSU which is also an adaptive height slider module.

1. Kindly ensure that you have translated the strings that are included in the OSHINE MODULES plugin as well. The form fields will be present in the plugin.
2. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make the header “Sticky” in mobile devices.
3. Disabling the Full Screen Section on the respective Section’s Setting will fix the issue with the Grey Bar on Mobile devices. Since you would have created the Slider itself as a full screen height slider using Slider Revolution, you would not require this setting on the Section.

Unfortunately, now I can’t get access to the BE to Tatsu Converter plugin. It’s not showing up as a required plugin. Is there anyway you could email me the zip file?

The BE to TATSU converter plugin is included inside the theme package in a folder named “Migrate to Oshin 50+”. To access this filder, you need to download All Files & Documentation Link from DOWNLOADS section of your themeforest account.

I updated to the 6.0.3 version of Oshine today and a red warning message appears when I attempt to work in the Oshine Options panel. The red warning message reads: FORCED DEV MODE OFF ENABLED, when I click on this rectangle it notes I need to contact the author of the theme and also switch that argument to false when deploying the project. Any help you can offer with this?

Please ignore that notice from redux framework. FORCED DEV MODE OFF It is to basically turn off their advertising in the backend. Its not an issue and will not affect the functioning of the theme.

It seems after the most recent update that my blog has changed. It is now showing full blog posts and the feature image and I can’t seem to figure out how to change this back to only showing the large thumbnail and excerpts. The only way I see to do this is add a read more tag to every post but that is over 100 articles.

A couple of problems recently, I think after the most recent update. Blog Typography options don’t seem to show up in pages after they are set. Also, my READ MORE button has vanished even though the option seems to be turned on.

Hello Oshin Team, we updated to Oshin 5 but now our BLOG doesn’t work anymore. Our blogposts were layouted with page builder and everything worked fine in a mansonry style blog with 2 columns. But after the upgrade i tried mansonry style 2 and now our blog is confused. please help!! Thanks and Best Regards, Michael.

Hi Oshin Team, when editing a page with the tatsu editor, it saves all links to images as absolute links – including the protocol and the domain (i.e.: http://domain.de/image.jpg). This makes it very difficult to change the domain when moving the site, i.e. from a test/develop domain to the live domain. Could you please consider saving the links to the images as relative links (i.e.: /image.jpg instead of the above)? Or is there any special action required after domain change to make the website also change these links? Thanks for any advise!

The links to the images are stored as absolute links by Wordpress itself and this is not a setting in the theme. It is recommended that you move the contents from one site to the other by using the option to export under SETTINGS > IMPORT / EXPORT . This will automatically modify the path names. Or, if you are transferring the database from one domain to the other, you have to manually find and replace the reference to the old domain with the new one.

first, thanks a lot for your answer. By “SETTINGS > IMPORT / EXPORT” you mean the Oshin options, correct? Don’t these settings just apply to the oshin theme settings, but not the page settings of each page? I guess this would just solve the problem with Oshin settings, but not with page entries. But the tatsu editor also saves links as absolute links in its attrubutes (in the tatsu source code).
So according to https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL you have several ways to change a domain. I tried the “Edit wp-config.php” and the “Edit functions.php way”, but alway got stuck with a lot of “develop.doamin.xy” entries instead of “live.domain.xy” in my database. And a lot of these where in the tatsu attributes of a page (how should wordpress know how that is has to update these attributes? So what do you have to do to update these tatsu attributes?
I also tried to export the database into a textfile, then made a string-replace of all “develop.doamin.xy” to “live.domain.xy” (which btw is not a nice method), but I ended up with some complete destroyed settings (I found some badly serialized data like “s:56:”http://develop.domain.xy/..” having “s:56” giving the string length of the domain. It seems that this crashes the setting then. Stupid wordpress!
So my question is: What is the best way to transfer a wordpress page with a oshin template from a develop domain to a live domain? Espacially what do I have to do to get all oshin/tatsu attributes updated (like the tatsu attributes [flex_slide image= “http://develop.domain.xy/..”]. I guess wordpress doesn’t know about these.

hello Swami, I got a bit of a problem, basically the process function in Tatsu – I cant change the border color – I can select a new one but even when I change the border is still the same – I checked in the wordpress code but even if I change there the issue still occurs:
