I have ‘Responsive Heading Typography’ turned OFF however the headings font-size & line-height are still getting dynamically changed when I resize small enough. How can I turn this off completely?

This shouldn’t happen if the responsive typography is disabled so please check none of the custom CSS with media queries is causing this issue.

I am wondering if there is a quick fix to fix the conflict between the sticky header and a modal box on the home page.
With the Sticky Header turned on my modal box pops up but it is greyed out and behind the header plus you cannot close it unless you refresh the page.
With the sticky header turned off the modal box works exactly as it should.
I like the use of the sticky header in my site. Thanks!
btw…this happens with all plugins deactivated and only fusion plugins active.

I do not see this issue at all on my end the modal works fine and good even with the sticky header and i can certainly close it out as can be seen in this screenshot, you can see the SH in the back end of screenshot => http://prntscr.com/h18a7g

Please, Elementor or Themify are compatible with these themes package? If not, do I have to purchase a specific builder in order to edit and change it, or with WP only can I do it? Tks.

If that theme is using its own page creator code that will not be automatically converted to our Fusion Builder however if you are using default WordPress text editor our Fusion Builder will take care of it and put it all inside the Text Element that you can edit later on.

Removing the post types from Dashboard will require you to customise and disable those post types from the theme files, this is not doable from Theme Options directly.

Hi, it would be nice if the mainmenu would be onfolded complete (no need to scroll) on mobile phone devices after choosing one of the submenu items.

This is done on purpose actually as if the complete sub menu will open and if a user has lot of submenu items your menu will hide the complete screen of mobile, however this can be disabled easily by using custom CSS and if you need assistance with this please do open a support ticket and our team will gladly assist you.

Have you tried clearing the facebook URL cache from this link for your article or page => https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/
Please clear the cache from there and try to share again after that, your page should show correct info.

Hi, I’m sorry my item support has expired. But I think there is a bug in the image carousel and I really hope you can fix this, because I couldn’t figure it out. I deactivated all the other plugins but the bug was still there:
On the right side of my image carousel there is a white space. Somethimes it’s bigger than other times. That depends on how wide the internet screen is. Can you please fix this bug? I’ve got the image carousel on full width, on your demo I see no full width carousels as example but it should be possible?!
Really really hope you can help! I’d rather not pay $ 42 for one small question, certainly not if it’s a mistake on your part. So let me know if you’re familiar with this bug and know how to fix it!

Hi! Thanks for your quick response! And when you make your screen a little bit smaller or wider? I’ve got the issue in Safari and Google Chrome! When you change the screensize somethimes there is no white space and somethimes there is. Very weird!

I will suggest checking this from a proper device and not resizing the screen by hand as it does not show true responsive behaviour of theme, i will suggest checking this from a mobile or tablet and than let us know.

I understand, but on mobile (horizontal) and on tablet it’s the same. And also on desktop. When I say resizing the screen I meant like really less than a centimeter.. not changing it do mobile view. Don’t you see the white space?

It’s a little white gap. On mobile I only see it when I have my phone on landscape (that’s what I meant with horizontal, your screenshot is vertical!)

Regarding your product licensing, you have to purchase/own a license for each publicly accessible domain install of the theme. Regardless of whether the installation domain is a sub domain or not, if it is publicly accessible, it requires a license.
If you are migrating to a different domain and you already have your product registered with your original purchase code etc, you do not need to purchase a new license; You can simply add your registered purchase information to the new installation’s product registration tab.

With second thing, I have a suggestion to do for demo template, this a custom layout for online food delivery with Woocommerce, like pizza, sweet-shop or barkery delivery … these purposes need specific things different of others shops, like custom view for menu types, better and clean photo exhibition for shop page, specific things for product page… this complementation would make the tool even more cool and perfect! This is my fourth license i have purchased because of i like the features of AVADA.
I am facing below mentioned problems in Arabic website 1. Custom Fonts only at text field is working if i write into Flip Box Frontside Heading custom fonts are not supporting. in one word i want all in this website i need GE_SS_ family font not other fonts. 2. Background in home page i have inset high quality even though border is appearing blur i need in quality attached screenshot.
3. Toggle button right sight need even I change language to Arabic I need In right sight, and also toggle title i need GE_SS_ family font 4. Progress Bar I need to fill from right to left

1. Regarding the custom font you will need to assign the font for headings as well from Avada > Theme Options > Typography > Header Typography so it will load for the headings as well.
2. You need to make sure that you are assigning the correct size of image and this is mentioned in details here => http://bit.ly/1RRn6lS
3. It should come up at right side for you, are you changing the language correctly from settings as well?
4. This needs to be checked further, i will suggest creating a support ticket with our team regarding this and we will assist you with the issues.

Are you running the latest version of Avada that is 5.2.2? We have not seen this error on our sites before so can you please double check your theme version and also make sure that none of your 3rd party plugins are conflicting with the theme functions in this case?

Hi Is there a known issue with the product image slider and variable products? I’m experiencing that the correct variation is sometimes not displayed in the slider, or the wrong one (occationally the one I chose before). Was working fine a few days ago. I did update to the newest Woo.

The latest woocommerce update advises Avada templates out of date Avada/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php Avada/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php Avada/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php
