what’s the ETA on the additional lazy load features? having lazy load on background images or entire page sections would be a game changer.

I have updated to 5.9.7 already. I see some elements have lazy load features but not everything yet. I read that you may be adding additional lazy load elements such as entire page sections. Is that correct? if so when will those features be available?
Hi, the current lazy load option will effect on the items have Images, like Edge Slider, Image Gallery..
Also, it has an option to enable it globally in the Theme Options > Advanced > Speed Optimizations.

I get a background paralax video in all my page sections after upgrading to the latest version av Jupiter. I can’t find the Youtube ID or URL in Page section or in the short code switching to classic mode.

I afraid you’re using the original Visual Composer plugin on your site at the moment so it happens, please kindly delete the current VC plugin, then go to the Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins > Install the Visual Composer plugin there and recheck.

I’ve been waiting for your support team to help me register my theme – there is clearly a bug – I have purchased and registered this theme on at least 10 other projects. No one is solving this issue – I’m getting very frustrated with your support team who just keep asking me for my log in details when I’ve already provided them 3 times. I inserted a menu in the header toolbar via Appearance > Menu. I would prefer that this is a dropdown rather than an inline list. I have tried several solutions via css but they arent working. can you help? http://spiderman.ephronsystems.com/

Unfortunately, the Menu in the Header Toolbar can’t be displayed as a drop-down and it can’t be done with custom css.

There is much difference in the Theme Options, Element, Configuration and Visual Composer settings in the Jupiter 4.x and 5.x so your current site layout might be mess up after the update and you will need to rebuild it.
I know this is a little bit tricky but afraid we don’t have any solution for this as well as the migration is out of the support scope.
So I recommend you to create a staging site of the current main site (under a sub-domain) and update the theme on this staging site then working on it to make sure everything is correct before changing the main domain to this staging site and use it as a live site.

Hi, the quantity button is displaying incorrectly in the cart now. There are now two black (+) and (-) button that float awkwardly above the quality box, both hiding the word “Quantity” as well as the number box.
Please see the image for an example:

Specifically, how can I hide these larger black quantity buttons so that the cart displays cleanly? The smaller gray ones contained within the box work perfectly fine. Thank you.
Actually looking at your demo and my site previously, it seems the black plus and minus buttons are not correctly aligned within the quantity box like they were previously. This is the way it should correctly display:

Also, just noticed that the word ‘Quantity’ is displayed twice, see image: https://imgur.com/a/yBCC1
If you could assist in helping remove those black quantity buttons which I believe are custom to Jupiter, and that second quantity button that appears directly above the white box that should hopefully fix my issues :-/

I have a plugin to automatically push to AWS S3 every content I upload to WordPress media library and rewrite requests to serve content from there. But since Jupiter uses its own bfi_thumb directory to store WooCommerce thumbnail, my products are not showing the image.
I manually have to use W3 Total Cache to upload CUSTOM files to S3.
Why is it so hard to use the default directory structure for uploads?
Despite that, it’s the best WordPress theme/framework I’ve ever seen or worked with.

Because the bfi_thumb is the cropped version of your images and generated from it, so it will need to have the original image first to have it, it’s a must have condition.

we can’t figure out how to remove ‘quantity’ from showing up on the product detail page (like it shows in the demos) – the theme does not work if you can’t remove this… the + button overlaps the quantity text and it looks terrible
to be clear… we are trying to remove the text ‘quantity’ on the product detail pages. It doesn’t show up in any of your demos but is on our website. It causes the formatting of the whole page to miss align

Hi, I am planning to buy a Theme to build up a website for my girl friend who is yoga teacher. I have found your Theme which looks nice and a Uncode which is quite similar. So my questions is what makes Jupiter more stand out than Jupiter? Why i should buy Jupiter? Also I have noticed that Jupiter has only one h1 tags on a page. Uncode has more. Because Jupiter has a very basic Visual Composer editor with many elements and feature, also the speed is good too.
Regarding the H1, one H1 on each page is the best optimized for the page, you can check it with the SEO documents.
However, you can easily add more H1 tag or any tag you want to the page by using the VC editor shortcodes..

Hello, on a site where the “Photo Gallery” element is being used, there is an issue where you have to double click the gallery for it to pop up. In Console, there appears to be a “Null” being generated by the JS, this also results in a blank screen when scrolling through pictures. Please address, thank you.
