REALLY REALLY disappointed to find out that the Free RevSliders templates are not able to install by using “Local” button

BECAUSE…. they are not included in the download zip file. You have known about this issue for over 1 yr as shown in search of comments here.

Now what are we supposed to do?

Slider Revolution, locks off premium templates for license holders that have purchased directly from them. We provide the plugin un-modified in the theme with the permission of ThemePunch (developers of Slider Revolution). But cannot include any premium templates that are locked.

Free templates are available via their website here: https://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/ and can be downloaded and then uploaded to your WordPress install.

Yes, there are few final issues we have planned for a release that will be out as early as this week (possibly early next week). If you’d like to hold off until that version is out, that would be an option as well.

Hi, I’m stuck. Working with a client whose web designer used X theme. I’ve been trying to change the logo and it just doesn’t work at all. I’ve used the customizer, tried to change the CSS but can’t find the stylesheet and don’t know how to override it. I cleared and disabled caching plugin, cleared browser cache etc but to no avail. When I upload the new logo via customizer it doesn’t even change in there.

Other changes seem to work though it took a few tries. Please let me know how I can fix the issue.

Hi! I purchased the theme about 2 months ago. I already installed it once, but I never ended up using it. Since then my wordpress hosting has expired, and I have to get a new one, and install the theme again. Can I use the the same code at installation, or you will send me a new one? Please let me know. You can use the same purchase code. The only thing required is that you invalidate the old domain you can do that inside our apex member area under Account > Licenses. Hope that helps!

I keep getting told that this theme is missing the style.css stylesheet and the theme install fails. I downloaded a second file and had the same issue. Using WP 4.8.2.

We regularly update Visual Composer in X, but it is sometimes a version or two behind because we test for any compatibility issues before updating it. Once we’ve verified the update doesn’t cause any issues with X, we’ll include it in the ThemeForest download package.

By default the navigation doesn’t stay fixed on mobile. Regretfully this isn’t possible to do without custom CSS. X supports Google Fonts. You can enable different character subsets to support a RTL language and have the right characters included.

Do you support WC 3.2.1?

Yes, WooCommerce is supported. We actively maintain support for the latest versions.

Most welcome! Sure, changing themes is a fairly standard process in WordPress. There may be some content you need to reformat dependent upon how it was managed in the old theme, but it’s definitely possible and very common.

On product sheets with variations, when I select one of the variations, the overview (hover) image is not the right one, it is the default image “Featured” that appears.

Since the latest update I cannot edit in Cornerstone. It times out, breaks and falls over. I’ve bought x 3 licences for X theme over the last couple of years and my support has run out. Can you help as it’s not an issue of my own making?

In the mean time:

1. Make sure you are on the latest version of X and Cornerstone (Changelog).
2. Make sure you do not have any caching plugins enabled when doing an update and make sure that all caches have been cleared.

Hi, I have taken over management of a client site using X theme ( with child activated). It is using Cornerstone builder however it is glitching and won’t allow live page edits. My client doesn’t have an API or license in her records as the site was built by another developer. Can you advise the best way to fix this?

Do I need a new X theme license and if so does that include the cornerstone API? or can I just renew Cornerstone?

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I am a member, but it seems I can not post a question unless I have a license. I don’t have one as I am the web designer looking after my clients site and she does not have a license or API from the developer who built her site. Is there a way around this? I basically just need to know how to fix the Cornerstone glitches. Thank you.

Regretfully without verification of purchase we’re unable to provide support. You could ask the original developer for the purchase information, otherwise you may need to have your client purchase a new license.

Why is 5.2.2 not available in my Themeforest account for download? I can only get 5.1.1

It hasn’t been submitted yet to ThemeForest. We start our update cycle by first going out to everyone on automatic updates then coming back to submit to ThemeForest once any launch issues have been addressed.
