Hi, nice theme. I’m having trouble already though. When I try and import the ND Shortcodes within the Theme Options “Import Settings” field, I get an error message that says “Empty textarea, please paste your export options.” Then it does nothing after that. Can you explain how this works and what may be causing this issue? or how can I install the exact demo theme. I see your support page docs almost dead.

Hi Nik. I just asked you in support for a refund as the theme is not working with my server and I could no longer use it. This is my first time to have an Envato downloaded theme that didn’t work. Hello nicdark. It has been 5 days since I submitted the request for refund. As I’ve noted I could not get all of the demo content installed, which I tried both with and without attachments. I can’t use the causes feature since my client doesn’t use PayPal, and this theme relies on causes heavily (no comparable portfolio option), and some other aspects didn’t really work either. The styling on your theme is nice, but I can’t use it now or in the future (which I noted in your support site after 4 days from purchase) so please refund my money so I will feel good about trusting your company in the future for themes (which I am currently considering a different one for another client). Thanks.

Theme Is very well designed but some security point will be lacking into this theme.
When user selects offline donations options then it will do it without registration. Also still it is ok but when user selects that option than before filling donation form captcha will be needed for the spamming purpose. There will be no options to add captcha without changing theme code.
Also for newsletter same spamming occurs. So please add some security for themes and please guide me how I can add captcha into donation and other forms.

Hello. I really like the look of this theme, which I noted is using Visual Composer (great), yet I didn’t see much by way of gallery options? The two instances I noted had 2 small images at borders and one larger image in center). I like the masonry style, yet it appears as if each image was added individually and then opens in lightbox. Is there a bulk upload gallery option (filtering, pagination, etc), and if not, is there a free usage plugin you recommend? Thanks in advance.
Ah, one more question … I noted that most of the charity themes have a “causes” box option, often in a slider with the goal amount, donation amount received, etc. I like your theme’s style better (text not slider), yet is there a way to hide/remove the donation goal portion so that there is just the box, image, title, and text, with an option to add a button? Consider that users who left positive feedback have a precedent on users who have left a negative rating, and remember that you can claim a refund if you are not happy with the theme.

hi, i left a negative feedback because you don’t want customer get in your support system i tried a weak ago before i put the comment now i have a deadline and i can’t loose a client because of your support. Keep in mind you advertised this (Fast and quality support) 24h it’s not fast even 15h is not. Now the support is included in the theme i bought, so please give me what i paid for that’s it.
