After updating the theme I get this error when trying to add variable products to the cart “Please select some product options before adding this product to your cart.”
When trying to edit the product I get “Failed to load plugin: charmap from url http://www.rchrbl.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/charmap/plugin.min.js"
How to fix this?

Hi there,
We are using OVH Hosting, it is one of the best hosting providers on the Europe and we have not experienced any single problem with the server for 2 years. Our server is located in France, yesterday there an power outage (read more) and all the sites that are on that area are not working so our users too can’t view theme demos, documentation or activate the theme. We think that today this problem will be fixed.

I was viewing your demo site, and I notice that you have been embedding galleries, photos, and videos at the upper section of your blog posts. Is this a built-in feature in your theme or Wordpress? Or is it a 3rd party plugin?

Hi Alex,
That was a built in feature since the first day when we released the theme, to get the photo gallery in a post you have to scroll a little bit down that post backend editor and you will see the Post Slider Images:
While if you want to include the video, simply add it somewhere in the post and it will get the first video by order to show in the post.

Thanks for getting back to me. I just tested it by adding an image to the ‘Post Slider Images’ section and noticed that the image didn’t appear within the blog interface. What would be preventing it from showing?
Also, I’m not quite sure what you mean about adding the video. I have videos embedded into blog posts, but they do not ‘automatically’ position themselves at the top of the page like your demos.

I’ve already replied you, the problem was coming from a customization which you have added and it was not a theme issue.

Updated to the most recent version and I can’t even edit products, or perform maintenance. I can understand you don’t want to offer support, but you have an obligation to customers that have purchased your product for at least the theme to work on the most basic level! Aurum looks great but has been full of problems. I have to re-login everytime to try AND get access but that doesn’t always happen.

The theme looks fine and works great on every new update, there are some exceptions when the theme does not work properly, these are when the users manually change structure and look of the theme, servers who have low limits, and sites with lots of plugins installed which will cause the theme not work properly so the scripts will conflict with each other.

Yes we offer ‘Catalog mode’ feature on our site. So when you activate this setting then the add to card quantity and other things will be removed. You can also hide prices or show them.

Please make sure that you have updated our theme to the latest version 2.12 and you have updated WooCommerce to version 3.2.1 and also update your premium plugins (Visual Composers and Layer Slider) by going to Appearance > Install Plugins section.
