Thanks for your prompt response. Before it never happened but this is a new installation. I haven’t used the theme before and am not wanting to make use of it for my own business. So this is a fresh install on my development server.

i have bought 7 licenses for building different websites, the theme is really great and thanks for the development team. However, the ticket support is quite disappointing, they do not read thru my questions, just find some keyword and send me online documentation links, just like auto reply, not subjective to questions, even yes/no question give me a link. Sigh!
Hi paulleaf! I see you opened just 3 tickets in our Help Center, pretty good with 7 licenses. I think the problem is related to the lightbox ticket, where simply our agent evidently doesn’t get the point of the request, maybe the screenshot WhatsApp-Image-2017-11-13-at-2.34.jpg confuse it since it seems you want to change the ratio of the image. Anyway I’m going to reply you.

Moved server recently and installed the newest version and now images are loading into an iFrame in Lightbox at full resolution. Any idea how to fix this?

Which types plugins would cause this? I have tried disabling an image optimisation plugin, the only other ones that I could try are for caching
Hi Patriklundin, have you tried disable all plugins also cache related? If, as you told, there was a server migration the issue can be only triggered by some server settings or possible new plugins installed. Anyway I see now that they work as expected.
Hey there,
When I use re-build and relink the related posts, the same 3 particular posts are linked to the rest of the posts, instead of being more random.
So lets say I have 10 posts named 1 to 10. The related posts feature takes posts 1, 2 & 3 and links it all of the posts 1 – 10. So in the end, posts 4 – 10 do not appear in the related post section of any of ther oher posts.
Whats goin on here, how can I fix it?

We are sorry but it’s not possible to figure out what’s going, this is the first time we have this report and Uncode is just using the native plugin, this mean that unless you missed some settings (like the Automatic Query), you’ll have this results also if you deactivate Uncode. For some reason, my icons on www.dreamregimen.com are a bit off center on desktop and mobile they are on the left. All settings have them centered. Any idea?
At the bottom of the homepage I edited the color for the links to FAQs & Get In Touch in the code but the yellow won’t show up no matter what.

You cannot colour links this way, here Uncode styles have precedence on your inline style. Try to remove your codes on insert this code in the Page CSS option (https://support.undsgn.com/hc/articles/213456149):

Anyway from here everything is fine too and I’ll send you a private screenshot. It seems you have hidden the native WP toolbar and you have this visual issue only when you are logged.
- When you reach the page, scroll with your mouse and you will see the empty space at the bottom that cannot be removed?

i have an issue, its a bug – not an issue caused by us…

when you click a link at the top it moves the page down and then stops short of the final destination. then it speeds up again to land on the final destination.
you have told myself once in the past and recently (a few comments up to a colleague of mine) that it was an update issue,
we have updated tonight. the site crashed and we nearly lost everything. i lost weight.
it has not fixed the issue which is a bug. (not our fault.)
here is the issue:
because the menu bar shrinks when you scroll down from 105px to 55px when you click a link the page moves you down. then it takes into consideration the minimise menu bar and then it makes up for the remaining pixels by shifting you down again.
please – we need this fixed.

i spoke about this when i had support period. i have been chasing this bug with you for the last two / three months. i have filled out the bug form on that page again. however nothing is coming of it?
im afraid turning off the shrink option or hiding the menu is not possible as we are working to the clients wishes.
is there a guarantee we can give the client that this will be fixed soon?

As already said when a user reports a bug, this is fixed. Developers will look at the bug as soon as possible and then come back to you with a fix.

you wont see any there, because my support expired before you made the new support forum, my support ran out on the previous support group. i have just sent you screen shots of me talking to one of the team about this bug three weeks ago – please see your emails.
if you look back at that chat you will see him saying:
“remove all your custom codes”
“yep very odd never seen this”
“Anyway now you have version 1.5.1 not version 1.6.4:”
none of which worked as this is a bug, nothing to do with our work.

Ok I understand but do not be angry about this. My recommendations were normal when a possible bug was discovered. Many times bugs are related to custom edits or old versions of the theme. As mentioned above we have verified that this is a problem and we will fix. Even when a version of iOS is released there are bugs but this does not mean that there is no care of the product.

Hi TAY_SCENCE! No sorry this is not an option, categories belong to the same page template (Theme Options > Posts) and it’s not possible diversificate the sidebar.

Thanks very much for all the great support! I’m using “Uncode Boxed portfolio Photographer” with the lateral vertical menu. For my home page I’m using one single image, the problem that I’ve got is I cant get it to be same height as the menu. I have played around with all the settings with no success so I was thinking maybe with some custom CSS?

Thanks very much I’m glad that you like the restyle I’m referring to the content offset, I would like to finish the same offset as the bottom of the menu. On the screen shot is showing just fine. If you view it on a 5k iMac Firefox browser it doesn’t finish at the same offset as the menu.
I think this is not possible, when you change monitor or display size it’s not possible on responsive design predict how the elements will be positioned. In case please upload a screenshot since still not understand what you expect, thank you!
I would like the image on a larger screen to be positioned the same as on a smaller. The bottom of the image needs to be lined up with the copyright writing at the bottom, like the screen shot you sent. You must be able to reposition to this size. I am viewing the website on iMac 5k 27in and when I view on Firefox browser the image and the content finish before the bottom of the menu, however in safari the content continues to the bottom but the image still finishes shorter like in Firefox.

It’s on the desktop version rather than mobile we have the issue. If you load the page and click ‘Polu to go’, for example, it scrolls nearly all the way there then stops, then scrolls a little further? A bit hesitant to update the version of uncode just incase something breaks (launch is Tuesday morning) is it likely to be a version issue do you think?
