Sorry but our theme does not have any setting to change the pagination style. It can only be changed with customization. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out with the code though as there is no simple solution for it. The pagination must be altered and a new implementation created.

On Homepage Slider “Big Grid” the images hover effect is enabled by default like images go front and back when mouse is placed on them. Is there a way to stop that effect because it crops the images on edges and it doesnt look good for us!

Hello tag-div team. All issues sorted out. But ur new layout with no ordinary side bars giving me a head ache.
1) I don’t know how to bring back blog posts in home page .
2)And widgets are missing in side bar when i open articles .Please send me the link to sort out both the issues.
3) Am also facing issues with paring my social networks sites to the widgets.
4) I need two side bar layout . I cant install JS composer . It is showing space limit exceeded in some php file

2) The widgets get removed when switching themes. They will not be kept across themes. It is a WordPress limitation.

4) Our theme does not have a dual sidebar possibility. You can either have a left or a right sidebar. There cannot be both at the same time.
Sorry our theme is to hard to understand but all themes have a learning curve at the beginning. Trust me, there are themes out there much more complicated to understand than ours. The error you are getting with the tagdiv composer is because you are trying to edit a page that was not originally created with the tagdiv composer. Please test on a new page. You have to re-create your pages, not edit them if they have been built with another page builder.

Sorry but we have no details for the moment regarding the black Friday discounts. Discounts on envato have to be managed by envato so we cannot set any discounts ahead of time so we can know the exact period or value. For the moment I cannot say for sure. Sorry for the lame answer but it’s the best I’ve got at the moment.

Please make sure your ads are not disabled on mobile devices from the theme panel ads section. If you use the mobile theme plugin , make sure you use the mobile ad spots found in the mobile theme settings.

Hi, the settings you gave work for “Posts”, but not “Pages”. The link I provided earlier is a “Page” and ads still do not appear even after I put it in Mobile theme -> mobile ads or ads -> article inline ad.

Sorry but our theme ad system does not have such in depth customization. You can try to use an ad management plugin like adrotate for example.

I’m getting an error when I open the page in TagDiv Composer. “Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!”
We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder. You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with.
Please let us know if you still encounter issues after checking these causes.

Installed the theme on fresh version of wordpress, without any other theme or plugins in it.
But, I’m still facing the problem. In fact, the page is not opening in TagDiv composer when I try from chrome and in Safari I’m getting this error.

Hello, our support expires, but last week we found bug on fullscreen “tagDiv gallery”. Could you help us to fix it? It add blank images to gallery (for example – to gallery with 4 images it makes 9 images – 5 blank)... Basic WP gallery works correctly. Thank you!

I’m not sure what your average buyer does, but I like to have daily backups of all my sites, particularly sites with regularly changing content (for example a news/magazine site). Looking through comments I see you have a template response to queries about plugins, and your list of ‘tested’ plugins does not include one for backups.
I don’t know if I speak for the average site owner, but I’d say that a working backup option was way more important and way more useful for potential or actual users than a plugin to change avatars. Wouldn’t you?
I mean, in my experience, a site that can’t be reliably backed up is a site you shouldn’t waste time creating.
I’m assuming that you back up your demo site, so what do you use?

For a proper back-up you do not need plugins. WordPress already provides back-up information you can use here: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups Sore a back-up plugin is easier, but that does not mean there is no alternative. A back-up plugin can work properly with our theme also. The fact that we have not tested a certain plugin does not mean it will not work at all. it simply means we don;t know if it will work or not. But you can try it out and see. There is a high chance that back-up plugins will work with our theme.
