Hello guys! I have a problem with my Jupiter theme. The Masterkey tab from >> Jupiter>Theme Options , it’s not showing anything. I see only Save Settings button on the right upper corner and History & Restore Defaults buttons on the left bottom page….It’s not showing those Global Settings Main Content Footer etc…. Can you please help me with this issue? It’s kinda urgent to finish my webpage. Thank you!

I did, but we got nowhere. The same issue happened on a fresh install. So I just gave up, hoping that a future version might fix this; 67218

Yes, and as you can surely see, the problem persists, even after 20 or so mails back and forth. You will also see that the site had to be completely restored after your intervention. So any further steps will not be taken. But, please fix the bug in your next release, as I see many of us are having pagination issues.

The VC plugin used in the Jupiter theme is a Modified version, it’s different with the original so that problem doesn’t happen when using it..
Regarding your question, I can say the VC is the core of the theme, it’s used to build pages, templates.. so the theme won’t work without this plugin.

I purchased the theme license twice, by mistake. How do I get a refund for the 2nd purchase? Also, when I try to update the theme, I am told “The theme is at the latest version”. It is version 5.6 and it should be 6.

Having an issue with pagination on my site, I’ve followed the steps on this https://themes.artbees.net/docs/pagination-problem/?utm_source=searchpage&utm_medium=ArtbeesThemesPortal&search=pagination however none of them worked.
When clicking the links it adds the /page/3/ to the end of the url like it should, however the posts don’t update, always the first page of posts showing.
If I then hit enter on the URL with /page/3/ then the posts will update to the correct posts. I’m guessing its to do with AJAX.
I’ve tried disabling plugins and changing from the child theme to the parent but no change.

The visual composer just fully borked an install on a new site I was just about to push live for a client. All rows are showing a YouTube video and no content is coming through. I can’t work out how to stop it happening. If I create a new page and try to recreate it from scratch I still get the same issue.
About to try rolling back the VC, but this is not great at all…

Okay so I found the issue. When I tried to update the theme it said there was no updates available. So I thought I was on 6.0. I was actually on 5.9.7. So it was your update mechanism that wasn’t working correctly.
Now I’ve manually updated, I’m just stuck with the other bug with full width pages. My parrallax boxes and edge slider no long go to the edge anymore. The global Full Width layout setting is being ignored site wide.
