Hi there… okay, so one of the things that is listed in the selling features, is the ability to import/instal the demo content. I literally just purchased this theme, and I’m trying to do this for Ethos 1, and it looks nothing like the demo. no images, all messed up. I’m not quite sure what’s going on. It’s a complete mess. Kinda disappointed right now. How can I get it to look like the demo?
I just want to add, that this seems to go beyond there being images or not. Like, I’m seeing the layout completely messed up… like the CSS is messed up. I’m seeing the sidebar overlapping the main column, the whole design left aligned instead of center, and the featured images not displaying where they should. Something just seems totally off. I’ve done everything by the book, and even followed along with a YouTube video of a guy installing it (doing the exact same as him), yet it doesn’t work as it should. Frustrated, please help.
Also just got a message in the “preview/edit” mode saying that there was no closing HTML tag?

The cornerstone update caused our theme to disappear. I tried entering the product registration key but it says it is not for our site. This is the only site we have. I tried updating X and cornerstone, with no luck. Cornerstone says the update version is not available. I have also cleared the site cache. How can I fix this?

First-time buyer problems. I installed type kit, uploaded two fonts through type kit, put my kit id in, change the fonts in templates, and I still don’t see a change. Please help.
Response on issues is terribly slow. I guess it’s because they are so busy, the only read the posts once every 24 hours. I’ve been working on an issue that’s probably due to cornerstone itself for 13 days now. Suddenly, due to waste of time, this theme becomes very expensive

Hi.. I bought this theme and never really used it. I remember though, I installed and tried to activate it on oriflameindonesia.net. But this website was just a testing website and I didn’t even renew the hosting, and expired in the last June. Now, I am going to use this theme, but it says the license has been used. Is it possible for you to check on which website my theme is used (I have many testing websites)... Or, how to fix this?
Hello, You include TheGrid plugin in your there from what i know from other project thegrid plugin is locked and you can use Templates until you provide the purchase number, is the plugin bundled with your theme full functional with templates activated?

The Grid plugin bundle is unmodified and the same one you’d purchase, though some features require the activation of a license key which requires a purchase of The Grid plugin.

How to get the menu on the right place? Its has to be on top, in the slider revolution, just like the demo; “app”.

it does not show products.

Claims to be “translation ready” but it is not. You need to buy an expensive and unrelated plugin in order to achieve this feature. Blatant false advertising. Currently awaiting a support answer before claiming a full refund and issuing a bad review. I could be mistaking.

Our theme is fully translation ready which has nothing to do with which plugin you are using. There are many plugins out there that are free and allow you to translate a theme, also you can use the native WordPress functionality and create your own .po files. All of this is free of charge. The paid plugin you are referring to is a plugin that is supported but not mandatory which allows you to have a multi language setup.
I cant figure out how to install Pixel tracking for a campaign we are doing for the life of me with this site..

It depends on what the vendor recommends. Some will work in custom javascript (just click the JS link in the vertical navigation bar while in Theme Options). If it needs script tags you would need to use a child theme or a plugin that allows putting markup in the `head` or right before the closing `body`.
