Is there a way of changing the search icon to search products instead of searching all the pages on the website?

Default search query will search all post types, but if you want product search you can use WooCommerce extension https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-product-search/

Satine theme category is present https://www.screencast.com/t/m23fw5xDJat so this is probably related to caching if you have purchased the theme just recently or if you have renewed support. Please try to clear browser cache and then try to submit a ticket once again.

Hi! How I can import to theme files from “xml export” folder? Because when I’m try to import data via “Import Demo Content” the process stops at 90%. Best regards, Peter

You should be able to import demo content with Elated import if you increase some PHP directives and by repeating demo import few times as explained in this article https://elated.ticksy.com/article/10845/

If you want XML import, when it finishes it will import just content, and after that you need to navigate to Elated import and choose options without attachments and then to repeat the same for widgets.

Off course if you still have problems with import you can contact our support team by submitting a ticket at https://elated.ticksy.com with WordPress admin access and they will try to import demo content for you.

I deleted the header background of the “shoe store” page by mistake, how can I upload it again?

You can edit row which is holding rev slider (pencil icon https://www.screencast.com/t/S5y0MUn6 ) and add background from there.

In case that you have deleted image from media library you can then import demo content again and attachments will be imported again. Note that demo import will overwrite your changes in theme options and pages.

thank you I added an elated parallax background image but it´s leaving a gap on top that is not filling the header completely as in the “shoe store” theme, it only fills to the upper edge of the logo

Our theme uses Visual Composer page builder, and we create new shortcodes based on that plugin. So you will need to use that one if you want layouts you’ve seen in our demo.

Theme is SEO ready, and for better results as WordPress coding standards suggests now, users need to use plugin for this since SEO optimization is plugin territory. You can use Yoast SEO for example.

WPML plugin is supported.

FAQ page can be easily created. Users commonly use Accordion element for this purpose which is available in Visual Composer.

You can achieve this with mailchimp, and by using Contact Form 7 with this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/ for connecting it with your mailchimp account.

Hi guys, brilliant work; loving the theme so far, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite themes because of the vast customization options. Nice work.

I did find a funny display quirk that maybe you can help me with? Seems like a second version of my main menu navigation text is being displayed at the top of my website inside the Top Bar when the browser screen is between the width of 1000 and 1080.

Any clue as to a fix on that?

Also, I vastly prefer the option to use the Elated Side Area Opener widget to replace my mobile menu. Only probably is when I have that widget activated, I then have two mobile menus displaying at the same time; the default one on left, and the nicer Side Area Opener widget on right. How do I disable the default mobile-menu icon on the left?

Hi again too lol, I’ve been asking if someone can do a complete install of this theme for about a week now. From scratch, I’ve removed wordpress from my server and did a complete re-install of wordpress. Can I get someone to completely install the theme and all demo content on my server now? I’m willing to pay if that’s the only way I can get someone to do the complete install for me.

That is normal. Bundled plugins are included with extended license which cannot be given to end users according to Envato rules. Just like someone else has flagged up, i think its a mistake that your product images do not click through to the product, and will prevent me from purchasing this theme. I have purchased, installed and customised well over 250 themes from ThemeForest, and have seen plenty that have an image area that clicks through but also the Add to Cart button over the top of the image can instantly add to cart.

I have inspected your code and the Add to Cart button is a separate div, it does not cover the entire background image so you can very easily add a piece of code to make the background image clickable whilst still maintaining add to cart functionality.

Of course we are going to forward this to our dev team and they will consider implementation for upcoming theme update. Your support is ABSOLUTELY Terrible !!! I sent 2 tickets days ago with NO reply. My 1st ticket weeks back was answered 2 WEEKS later only after i hired someone to fix the issue. And it was on a weekday. You would think you would reply sooner considering the sales your making !!.
