Is it possible to customise the color background of the project pages?

You can set this page to be light or dark skin or if you want to create a custom project page in manual mode with Page Builder you can set any colors you want. Let us know if you need more infos!

My site was abruptly replaced with a notice claiming my server PHP was too old and a blurb about PHP version 5.2x and that it was no longer supported. I immediately updated my server PHP through PHP Config to version 5.6, updated WordPress to the most recent and downloaded the latest version of your theme and installed it….still the same issue. So i disengaged your theme and put it to twenty fifteen momentarily and poof suddenly everything works. So it’s not the server, WordPress or the plugins it’s your theme. Please advise asap

We are sorry about this problem but this is not properly caused by Uncode, otherwise about 30.000 websites out there should have the same error and I think all messages here should report the same problem (moreover this is one of the Envato top seller, first severely tested by Envato team): https://undsgn.com/uncode/showcase/
Since the site previously worked you should really ask your host what happen and what is now triggering the issue with your server. In my opinion if they have changed some settings they should notify you about the changes. Anyway the official required WordPress PHP version is PHP 7 not 5.6 (but there are hundreds of users that use Uncode with older version too without a single issue): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000560529
As told you need to ask your host what they changed and why a site that worked before it’s not broken and replaced by a message triggered by server settings.

ps: at least as your host to send you the exact problem they trigger now (since I suppose it worked), so if they changed something they can also read in the Log files the possible errors and why they not accepts now codes that worked before.

hey guys, just wanted to say – a great theme but couple of font issues really need addressing as they may put people off; I know they have caused me issues!

example – on a pricing table, the text in the middle displaying the actual price in numbers is WAY too large. And you can’t adjust this! Really frustrating as it effects your pricing table on mobile devices – the text is cut off if there is a bit too much number. Like I said, a great theme but these smaller issues can really make you not want to use it anymore. Im thinking about migrating to another theme if this doesn’t get sorted soon guys :(

This weekend I have bought your theme, but I have problems with the blog page. I want a lateral blog layout, but when I set this layout as default it won’t do anyhing. Wordpress only shows the normal blog grid.. How can I fix this?

Hi, I would like a ‘Sold’ image to appear on the image once a product is sold, is there a plugin that works with the Uncode theme? The closest one I found was ‘Woo Out Of Stock Products’ but it only shows details page image, I need it to also show on the main product listing with all the others products.

I have to retract, I actually looks like background cover in IE is not working after the update (it was working as early as this morning before I updated WP and Uncode.) No matter what settings I select, IE seems to force ‘contain’ instead of ‘cover’, e.g.:

But it works fine in all other browsers.

You may remove this comment. I finally figured out the issue – for BG cover to work properly in IE, I had to specify 100% width and height in the video (Chrome, FF seemingly doesn’t require this.)

I see that I’m not the only one disappointed with the ticket support. Asked a couple of questions about structure of document. Got rejected and pointed to article about customization services, tho I never asked of them to customize anything. And I wouldn’t ask questions if there were an actual documentation, not an interface description. I would like to point out that before purchasing this product, I specifically asked about customizing and documentation for it. Since, basically, all you can do with built in tools is change positions and color. If, for example, you would like to do something as simple as setting a specific height, you need a CSS and DOM structure for that.

A. In the first ticket “Content block accordion” you plan to use a row with four columns to create a kind of a accordion. Content will be in those columns. At the beginning only the image would be shown. When hovered over or clicked, other panels would spread making space for full content of said column… Please note that this is not something you see in our demos and this require a complete code rewrite.

Our agent Nikolay suggested to inspect the DOM structure with the Chrome Developers tools, we confirm this is the best method if you are looking for advanced customisations that are not part of the native options set.

B. In the second ticket “Switching Tabs with JavaScript” you plan to use an advanced dragable slider, to switch between Tabs. You asked a bunch of questions about how you can modify the native tabs of Uncode to transform them in a new layout and new behaviours. This is something that fails outside the license terms and correctly Nikolay suggested to check for some customisations services.

I understand that you didn’t ask us to do it but suggest a step guide requires a few developers hours that are not part of the support terms.
We are always happy to suggest small CSS modifications but you are asking detailed infos to completely modify advanced JavaScript modules such as tabs or accordions. This must be evaluated by the developer that will implement the custom changes you need.
If you are not happy with the purchase it’s not a problem to offer you a refund, so you can choose another product that is compliant with your requirements, but what was replied by the Support Team seems to me correct if I have questioned your requests.

It’s obvious: 1. Neglectful attitude. Judging by replay, manager didn’t read the question. Just threw back something vaguely related. 2. Incompetence. When asking further questions, manager couldn’t answer anything past the interface labels. 3. Outright lying and misleading. If you don’t know, then ask someone who does. Don’t instead say it’s impossible or give false information. 4. No documentation past the labels you can read on interface anyway. When you write “It’s a height of an element” about field labeled “Height”, it’s useless. About correspondence with your support I state my question clearly and in detail, providing a context. I don’t use abstract terms to describe technical questions. So I expect a clear answer. A. That’s a lie. He pointed me to w3schools website and didn’t provide information I clearly asked for. Specifically class of the element that I can use to style it in my child theme. Suggesting to” inspect the DOM structure with the Chrome Developers tools” literally means to go and find it myself. That is exactly the attitude I’m talking about – refusal of support. I don’t get your point about Demo. So what are you saying? That you can’t do anything outside of what is shown in a demo? That makes this template pretty useless for any professional use. FYI I did it without “complete code rewrite”. Just some styling and a bit of JS. It can be seen on actual site. So turns out I already know your product better then you and your support. And even if I did completely rewrite code. So? Is there a limitation in agreement on how much I can modify? B. And lie again. I asked of a function name that is used to hide and show tabs. That’s it. Answer is one word. That simple. And again, I had to find it out myself. Which I did and it works as I intended it to. Sorry if I don’t see how technical support falls outside of support. Again I never asked you to modify anything, so you are just contradicting yourself. Plus I specifically asked about these modifications before I bought this template. It’s easy to find them here in comments. I would post my tickets as well, but my access is cut off. I lost enough time with your support and template quirks and bugs, that I couldn’t afford to start from scratch any longer. I have my contractual obligations which I respect. You can be sure, in future I will do exactly that, already am actually – chose another product from another company and suggest others do the same.

This is really a blast from the past, impossible to recover the point on a discussion of exactly a year ago, I just say that you have opened 6 tickets on our Help Center and each of these tickets has never had your answer, so you could simply answer if the proposed solution did not suit you . You are not happy ask for a refund.

Just updated to WP 4.9. The Design of my page was going to hell and the backend only shows short tags instead the VisualComposer interface. So, I updated the Uncode theme to the current version. The layout of the homepage comes back, but ALL of my color customizations are gone. FOR ALL PAGES. So a have to config the settings of ALL pages again. What a mess! This is a no-go. Angry.

Hi, if anyone has strange problems after updating WordPress 4.9 and after updating to Uncode 1.6.4.1, note that there is a known problem with this version of WordPress with some languages like “de_DE-formal”. What is going on? I update the theme and now my menu dropdown doesn’t work and the bottons are not displaying the correct color? Animation doesn’t even work at all either.

First be sure you have updated with the theme also Visual Composer and the Uncode Core plugin. Then note that you have some cache plugin installed that create the issue, the plugin is not active when you are in the admin mode, so you don’t have the issue, please clear your cache system and deactivate this cache plugin (I don’t what it is): http://undsgn.d.pr/J8l1Ga/4NfaRSC8

Hi there

I am having problems including vimeo videos into my media galleries. Like you mentioned in your article https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/214006105-Video-Options, I’ve added the ?autoplay=1 parameter to the link. I do also use a poster so the video will be displayed on the lightbox. Somehow the video does still not autoplay when opening the video in the lightbox. It does not depend on which browser I’ll be using.

Any ideo how to fix this?

I think i will buy this theme and use it on free hosting web, which is have sub domain from 000webhost. i never design a website before, so i think better to learn use this theme first on free hosting web before i buy .com domain and premium hosting.

Hi Sunday_lab, this mean that you can build multiple installations on the same domain only, for example you can install the theme multiple times in the same domain, ex: www.mysite.com, www.mysite.com/another-installation-1,, www.mysite.com/another-installation-2… I hope this helps!

Hi Guys. The Content Block randomly loads small pictures (i.e. 240×320) instead of the right one. This behavior appears to be random, and it’s totally annoying becouse it seems there’s no reason why. Any idea? Thank you

For example in header you have Slider Revolution, this mean Uncode codes are not applied here. This Page is currently affected on tablet right now and was affected 30 minutes ago on the pc as well: www.vectis.it/case-history. By looking inside, i see that something like “pagespeed” plugin is used, but i don’t find it in the list of plugin in the admin panel.

do you already know that after updating to WordPress 4.9, the save button in Uncode Visual Composer stops working? For example, when saving text or rows? I’ve already looked at WPBakery Page Builder, they have already found the error and updatet. Please check that and quickly update it for (preferably with upgrade to version 5.4.3).
