Sorry but our theme does not have a social login functionality. Our login widget is customized but it does not change the default functionality of WordPress. It only looks different, but the functionality is intact.

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,
I feel very sad that I missed this huge discount by a day, otherwise I would be buying this theme at 50% OFF, sorry to miss the chance

In most cases the illegal string error was fixed by reinstalling the theme so please try to reinstall your theme and try a different php version from your host. If you still encounter issues, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can investigate. Make sure you back-up first.

No, you will not lose your content when reinstalling the theme. The content is kept in the database while the theme update only replaces the theme files. It is a good idea to always keep back-ups of your install.

Спасибо за ответ! Я читала поддержку, но немного не поняла процесс установки дочерней темы. Например, у меня в одной теме идет отдельно родительская, скачивала ее в формате zip и сразу же устанавливала дочернюю этой темы в формате zip. Или мне нужно отдельный файл для дочерней темы создавать?

Sorry but without the demo it can only be done with customization. You will need good css skills to do it. There is no setting that can apply the black colors without the demo.

I can see that but I have that set to black which is what I want the color to be but when it is selected then the about author or related articles are a blue/green color that does not fit my theme. I can’t figure out how to change the color when they are selected.

The headings color is also grabbed from the theme accent color. We recommend the use of revolution slider in order to get a full width image and menus. For the weather widget, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/ You can make the revolution slider full width by removing the boxed functionality. The theme goes into boxed mode when a background image or color are added. There cannot be full width elements with a background.

Our theme has no specific settings for AMP but our users recommend the official AMP plugin made by Automattic, the WP creators. It is not an official tested and recommended plugin but it seems to work properly with our theme.

Just one question. I set class in the text element for Visual Composer and add css to my Custom CSS plugin for that page but i just can’t change text size at all. I can change color and font weight etc. but not text size.
