Noticed what seems to be a typo. Trying to view the Demo 10 but shows #1 and not sure if it will install demo 10 or 1 – please advise how to make demo 10 install?

Your last update totally slowed everything down when using cornerstone and in some cases stopped working all together. I have a few computers with various operating systems and the one I consider an average system with what the average person would be running has major issues with cornerstone. it’s not a computer with the latest and greatest but like I said it’s what would be considered average system.
The main issues is that your latest version of Cornerstone or the combination of the latest versions of both X Theme and Cornerstone does not work with older versions of chrome. everything was working perfectly until your latest update to 2.5.2. Kinda a deal breaker because without cornerstone working in chrome I’ll have to find a new theme etc.
Did you have any plans on updating your theme and or cornerstone so it runs smooth on average machines and fix the issue with cornerstone not working with chrome?

Can Cornerstone and WPBakery Page Builder work at the same time?

You can use both of them at the same time but each page needs to use one of both you can’t mix them. If you’ve created a page with Cornerstone it only can be edited with Cornerstone and the same principal goes for WPBakery.
Issues with X when using LifterLMS
We are attempting to setup LifterLMS on a site using X Theme. However, we are unable to figure out how to fix the issue with the sidebar. LifterLMS provides instructions but they don’t seem to work. The sidebar doesn’t appear on Lifter pages. So, I am thinking there is something going on with X.
Do you have any suggestions?

You will need 1 license per website you’re using X on. In your chase it’s a very fine line. If you sub domains use a different style and look then you would need a license for each sub domain. If it’s the same site but just a different section one license would be sufficient.

We have a peculiar requirement.
We want to create a page layout either in Cornerstone or WPBakery Page Builder and then using WP All Import generate few thousand pages based on the same layout but with new data. Each page would have few custom fields which will need to be displayed. Are there any hooks or functions available to achieve the same?
This is to ensure that we can change the layout and styles without the use of any developer.

Out of the box there is no hook that would enable you to do that. You can save templates and import the same layout / elements on other pages but that’s a manual process. Hope that helps!
I strongly discourage anyone from buying this theme as it does not allow one to set up their site to look like the demo sites without buying additional photos, menus and sliders. Also, their support is slow and elusive, offering impractical, unhelpful and often unrelated ‘solutions’.
Eg. I bought this theme on 23 October 2017 with the intent to use the Ethos 3 theme exactly as displayed in the demo. However, this is not possible without buying the stock photos, menu and slider they used. Because of this I asked support for a refund. They refused, saying that I should just use one of their other pre-made sites… sites that do not look anything like the Ethos 3 demo site… which was the reason I bought the theme in the first place. To make matters worse, they have since closed the thread preventing further comments.
No refund. No support. Avoid!

I tried looking up your account but could not find any user with your username so please provide us with your username so I can look into the history of your support ticket.
1. We clearly state in our sales page that we have standard and expanded demos. expanded demos include sliders and images and the standard not.
2. We do not close any threads so you can post in your support tickets at any time.
3. I can’t see any refund request from you in our queue so you never filed for a refund via envato which means nobody ever looked at your refund appeal.

Thanks for writing in. External icons are not supported natively, but most icons throughout the theme can be replaced with custom CSS.
In regards to hosting, you’re more than welcome to host the site yourself on behalf of your clients. X is sold under the ThemeForest Regular license, so the only restriction is that you must purchase a license for each site.
@THEMECO is there a way to display a video as the “featured image” (that is, if a new post on the home page feed, only features a video) specifically for the ETHOS 1 version? Thanks!

Hello, I owned this template for a few years now. Did not have a need to build much in past. I enabled the demo site (Agency). BUT! When tried to pull out some templates using Cornerstone app, the Themeco Page templates and Themeco Blocks are not matching the Agency theme. How to obtain proper templates or all templates for all demo sites and just pull elements which relevant. Also I was not able to edit Portfolio item view using enabled Cornerstone. All the containers are stuck to the left side of the portfolio-item page. No issues like this when editing normal Pages. Any advise is valuable! thanks

While the Expanded Demos are themselves built with Cornerstone the page content is not a template, rather when you install the demo it adds full pages with the content included to the page directly so it wouldn’t be on the template screen in Cornerstone. Put another way there is no way to get individual sections of an Expanded Demo as the feature is meant to be an all or nothing sort of thing. Once you install the demo you can definitely remove parts of a page you don’t want, they just won’t be as templates in Cornerstone. Hopefully that makes sense.
