Hi Guys …. Any chance you can add an option to turn off the shopping cart in WooCommerce so that you can use WooCommerce as a catalog? Also it would be great if you could replace the product Price with a button (for contact form) or text (Call for pricing). As I really want to use this theme, but because our catalog is not available to purchase online I cant use it.

I am trying to use a full width and height slider on my home page….Only the top of my image is getting cut off underneath the header. If I use a opaque header it is cut off as well as when using a semi-transparent header.
I am using the exact dimensions that you use on your sliders. 1950px x 1250px
Any tips on how to get my entire image to show.

After the update, my previous page container doesn’t have “Interior Content Width” option thus making my website NOT full width anymore. I tried creating new page and adding container and it shows that option. Why is it my old page/container don’t have that option and why it became not 100% width?

The help file was created and referred to Avada 5.2.3 (not 5.3.2) I have updated the version numbers to reflect the latest version of Avada which is 5.3.1. Avada 5.2.3 (and when the help files was released) was a compatibility release to match WordPress 4.9+
Regarding support, we as theme autos do not make the rules for item support and support renewal, it is solely set out by Envato -> http://bit.ly/1RZmxrr

I discovered that by deactivating the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin I can already import the theme option code. The problem is that by re-enabling this plugin theme settings are lost and the site is not visually as intended.
When I bought the template they guaranteed it to be 100% like the WPML plugin.
Thank you again for solving why I have to show the site to my client and it is not what I want because of it.

The visual editor is no longer working on at least three Avada websites I’ve built for clients. I have an active support licence for at least one of the sites, but for some reason I’m getting prompted to buy another support licence even for that website when attempting to login and raise a ticket. Does Essential Grid WordPress plugin Fusion Page Builder not support add use? Third party plug-ins are basically not supported? If so, extensibility is simply too bad.

In terms of 3rd party plugin compatibility, it is simply physically impossible to offer 100% guaranteed compatibility with every single plugin on the market, there are hundreds of thousands of plugins.
Avada’s extensibility is spot on, we adhere 100% to WordPress and PHP coding standards. If you are experiencing an issue with a plugin we can check that for you but may need to defer you to the plugin author because we do not have control over the plugins code or development cycle

Hi. I have just purchased theme.. I wonder.. I had lots of problems at my previous theme.
1. for instance, I could not change my sidebar from left to right.. theme moderators told me that this is because of mysquel version(5.5).. However, wp recommends 5.6. I am not sure,, I think this problem is because of my previous theme. Please tell your opinion about this item.
2. At woocommerce there is an area “You may also like”.. I was having problems also concerning this area. I was selecting some other products on my product list, however, at product pages, I saw another products in the area “You may also like”.. What is your opinion concerning this issue?

Avada already comes equipped with the LayerSlider version 6.6.3 and there is no need for you to purchase a separate license to use it, however if you want to use their premium features and support than you will need to purchase a separate license in this case to get those premium features.
