After updating the theme to version 8.2, there was a problem with the captions to the pictures. The text is not transferred, but is written in one line. Example: http://joxi.ru/12M6kOgC4bp0jA
I found out that this is a theme problem with WordPress 4.9. If you put any other theme – everything is fine. As soon as you activate the Newspaper – the troubles begin with the captions to the pictures.

Is there a way to crop the featured image of the post to a fixed height. I mean, I want all my featured images (from DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE) to have the same height and be cut center top.

If you want to change the way the theme crops images, please check the theme api: https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-thumbnail-introduction/ but before altering the thumbnails, please check the demo and see if your thumbs are any different from here: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ you may be experiencing a thumbnail issue that does not reuire altering of the php files. In this case, you should use a bit of CSS code for adding this functionality. For example, you can try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
h2 a { color:red; } h3 a { color:pink!important; }

Thank you for your interest in our theme. The only builders compatible that we can recommend are our own tagdiv composer and wpbakery visual composer. We have not tested any other builder. The pages builders work only for pages, not for posts. As for the full features of the builders, I cannot provide a list as there are many, many elements in both builders. Sorry but we have not tested any rss solutions with our theme. The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:
WP Super Cache- caching plugin Contact form 7- used to make contact forms bbPress- forum plugin BuddyPress- social network plugin Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site WooCommerce- eCommerce solution WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.

hello, i am not able to change the colours of text and backgroud in news ticker segment. it keeps back to normal (default) colour, i tried so many times with another colours, but its not workings. is this kind of bug or am i doing wrong? this is my site technoiliyas.com and also block header 1-default in global block header template(block setting) is not working properly when iam changing colours of block titles.

It won’t let me link a customer URL for an image. When I enter a custom URL it says “the image #2 could not be loaded”.

1. Unfortunately the theme width is not changeable. Our theme was built on a fixed width and the elements cannot accommodate an alternative width except for pages which can be turned full width.
2. Our theme does have a grid system but it;s custom made. it is not standard bootstrap.
