Latest is that Tommy of UX Themes wants me to debug the situation, and pay for support again – last time, he wasted 1/2 my support contract arguing that this was not his fault – then found it was – as I said, support for this theme is shoddy – they introduce breaking changes and blame anyone but themselves

And once again – despite everything working prior to update, Jimmy from support is blaming outside plugins – there is no willingness within the UX Support team to acknowledge a failing within their editor – support from the team rates about 1/10 to be brutally honest

Hi, when I click on the “Save all changes” button in the Flatsome -> Advanced section, it takes forever to complete the save but when I check, nothing is saved. What could be the problem?

I just updated the theme with the latest update – UX Builder now never loads and spins continuously – reporting Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘isRoot’ of undefined at t.value (editor.js?ver=3.4.2:2) Prior to the update – on the same machine with no other changes, UX Builder was working (this afternoon)

This was an update from 3.4 to 3.4.2 – there are others on the Facebook user groups with the same issue – it was working prior to update and now fails

I dread to think how long it will drag out for this time, last time took 3 months to even convince UX that there was a conflict with other plugins, IN THEIR CODE, this time I fear it may be as long

I have a question regarding the inbuilt social sharing buttons, Pinterest specifically: https://www.screencast.com/t/tTHSsn7f2PCx when I click the pinterest button on a blog post with hidden Pinterest images, the Pinterest function does not pick up the hidden image, only the header image. However if i use the chrome browser Pinterest button, or insert the blog post URL directly into Pinterest, the hidden images are available for me to choose from. How can I get the inbuilt Pinterest button to work the way the other methods do?

Hi One of our client using Flatsome them on their website.We have facing issue on live search products. On the live search the result product are not showing like price low to high.I want the search results are in price low to high how to do that.And other problem of the search results is showing duplicate products on search results how to resolve that problem also?

I commented the these two code $sku_products = get_theme_mod( ‘search_by_sku’, 0 ) ? flatsome_ajax_search_products_by_sku() : array(); //$tag_products = flatsome_ajax_search_products_by_tag();

in flatsome_ajax_search function then duplicated product result issue is solved.

Hi. New buyer here. I wanted to know if it’s possible to have a different “shop page” layout than the category layout. I only see 2 boxes for HTML code in the visual editor.

What I would like is to be able for instance to configure the shop page with a sidebar and filter options and 3 products per row, while configuring the category pages without any sidebar and only 2 products per row. Is that possible to do within the visual editor right now? If not, can you please add this functionality in the future?

Also, I was planning on using tag pages as effectively “landing pages” for my adwords campaigns, so they are more relevant to the search query. Would it be possible to edit tag pages in the same way you can edit category pages right now? I would also like to see this functionality in the near future.

One other minor, but potentially impactful issue for my sales, is that I’d like to change the pricing font and color. I don’t think that’s possible within the visual editor right now, is it? But I assume it could be changed in the CSS editor somewhere. If you could point me in the right direction as to where to make that modification, that would be great (I have only some basic understanding of HTML and CSS).

I haven’t tried quite everything in the theme options yet, but your theme does seem nearly perfect for my needs, other than the issues I mentioned above, which I hope will be fixed in the future. Thanks for doing such a great work with it.
