Hello,
After updating to the latest version of Jupiter on multiple websites there is a glitch where you make an update in the backend of the page, using Visual Composer, and the whole page jumps to the bottom of the page upon saving.
For example, I change a 1 column full width page section to a 2 column. As soon as I click the 2 column layout option, the page jumps to the very bottom of the page. This happens every time we make any change large or small in the backend.
Please notify us when this glitch is fixed.

Hi, I recently purchased your theme (jupiter) and I’m really safisfied.
I also added a plugin “WP RSS Aggregator” that reads RSS feed importing pictures too.
When this plugin fetch the RSS, images of the new “news” seems that are not present. But if I switch to another theme, i.e. Twenty Fifteen, these images are displayed. If I switch back to Jupiter theme these images are visible with your theme too.
I noticed that, after the RSS fetching, images have this link

but, switching to another theme, reload the page and then switch back to Jupiter, these images changed their link.
The plugin’s developer told me to contact you in order to see if you have encountered this problem.
Could you, please, help me?

Hello guys, great theme! I have purchased several licenses in the past and now setting up a new one that uses the Shop Pages on Jupiter 6. I installed Jupiter 6 but I don’t get the Main template content and media after importing the demo content. There are only templates after importing the demo content. What I want to use are all of the Shop Landing page you have in the demo and the other Shop Pages.
I want to use Main shop template please that look awesome in the theme demo, can you please guide me how I can do that?

We will fix it in the future update, in the meantime, you can temporary translate these strings by editing this file: \wp-content\themes\jupiter\framework\admin\customizer\woocommerce\hooks\global.php

How do I make my logo not blurry on scaled devices? There is no option in the Logo & Title section for retina logo. When I upload my logo 2X the size, the logo is just 2X bigger.

This problem happens because you’re using the Visual Composer plugin original version on your site, please kindly go to the Plugin manager > Delete the VC plugin.
Then go to the Jupiter > Control Panel > Required Plugins > Install it the Visual Composer there then recheck.
