WooCommerce comes equipped with a geolocation module that can detect the customer’s location. Also, in regards to the shipping details, you could have the customer’s fill this out, The checkout page in WooCommerce allows for this.

The new version has an issue on the customize mode. The header presets don’t work. I am trying to change the default preset to another but it doesn’t change or previewed.

Is there a way to add the social media icons to an image on hover? I’ve tried adding other plugins but don’t seem to work. Wanted when you hover over an image in post that the social icons would appear and you could then share them like news websites tend to have. Thanks.

One more question – I keep adding blog post in the new customise section (so easy to use!) and the words won’t fit in – don’t fit in the box. For push format or even normal the featured image is taking up all the space and the words are being cut off or not showing. Any ideas how to fix?
i just wanted to THANK YOU soooooo much for the new customise options. I was really struggling to make the website with images looking good and this has made me so happy. Its so easy to use – I’m showing and recommending to all my friends. It makes wordpress so userfriendly. I don’t need any of the customisations I used to have as this does everything. As a feature request (I’ll find the area to properly write)m I’d love more options to style the blog posts – fonts, custom text and moving featured images like you can with the banner images.

This is a bit odd. Please check if you are using the latest theme version 3.4.2 and WordPress 4.9.1
I’m trying to set-up 2 columns only for the category pages, but when I use the first List style layout with 2 products per line, the products appear much lower resolution, like if it’s using thumbnail resolutions or something. If I use the 2nd List style layout, the products appear smaller, but the resolution seems fine – the images look high quality. I tried using the 2nd style, but if I use 2 products per line on the Mobile view, only one of them appears. Also with the 2nd List style, if I use only one product for Mobile, the image also appears low resolution.
But what I’d want to use ideally is the first List style but with high-quality images. I’ve regenerated the images twice already after I even set the maximum resolution I was using for product page images (2000×2000), but the images still appear low resolution in List style mode on the category page. Do I need to do something else here? I noticed the regenerate thumbnails plugins says the old image will be kept in another folder or something, but I don’t know if after I regenerate the site keeps using the old images and what I need to do to changes this, or if there’s a bug with the Flatsome theme.
Some help would be appreciated.

Please note that when you set the category to display two products per row, the catalog thumbnail image sizes increases and hence you have to adjust this in WooCommerce > settings > Products> Display > Product Image sizes.

Using this element http://flatsome3.uxthemes.com/elements/products/ and set the style to normal. You can then get an option to set the depth of the columns and this should give you that effect.

1) Increase memory limit: Increasing the WordPress Memory Limit. It’s recommended to have at least 128MB (256MB is even better).
2) Make sure you have at least PHP 5.6 installed. You can check that in WooCommerce > System status.
3) Make sure you have at least WordPress 4.5 installed.

I found out that “Protect WP-Admin Settings” plug in is causing this problem.I deactivate it and now its OK.

I think this actually is a WooCommerce issue but i wonder how other users of the Flatsome theme are solving this and maybe UXThemes have a solution:
Seems like the WooCommerce sidebar widgets for filtering price and/or variations only work on WC Category pages.
So what if you want to show all products on sale with a shortcode like: [sale_products per_page=”40” orderby=”rand”] And you also want visitors to use the price and variation filters on that same page with a shortcode like: [ux_sidebar id=”shop-sidebar”]
The WooCommerce filter widgets will not be loaded in this case and there is no other way to show Products on Sale …
