I know but this brings up 2 problems: - Hi implementation cost (a proper full implementation requires 2 weeks of work and testing)
- Super high maintainance costs (once is in, we can’t take it out)
As this theme is not a mainly ecommerce theme, woocommerce is not one of the core features, but we are now gathering requests from all the people like you that wants it. For the moment is like the 0.2% of our customers so the high cost is not justified yet.
For a basic implementation for the customer, it requires probably 100€ of work to fix the colors of buttons and similar, which is much less than a minimum of 2000€ of full implementation and testing that this would cost to us (making softwares for production is much more expensive than a single implementation because you need to cover all the possible cases and options that customer may want to use).
pre-purchase question here please: first this is a great theme I must confess. I want to know if your theme is compatible with woocommerce and what sort of ad does it support? Can we also make the homepage widgetized in such a way that I can show different display ads….. I will appreciate your fast response…
Hello, we do not declare WooCommerce compatibility, the implementation by our point of view is actually not justified because of too few people asking it. WooCommerce shoud work at basic level but some graphic details/colors should not be in line with the theme and may require some CSS to make it better.
Homepage is built using Visual composer, you can add any widget supported by Visual Composer to homepage slots. Hope I answered correctly to your questions otherwise please let me know, thanks!

Hello! The audio works with icecase if in MP3 format (AAc is not supported in some devices). The song titles instead doesn’t work with icecast yet, only shoutcast 2 but we are working on that testing a new icecast integration.

Is not possible I’m sorry because the header bar is fixed and that would cause a cascade of consequent graphic issues. The theme uses a default size that fits usually 99% of the websites (in fact we never had such request before) and if you have particular requirements, it would require some developer help. Please post your issue in the forum following the support manual page, as the technicians from support maybe are able to five you some better hint (this is really not the best place for tech answers). This is the problem in fact, you can’t resize a single thing, plus the height is variable with 16 different possible cases, depending on device and scrolling, for this is not a simple thing to change.

Hi, I have a pre-sale question. I have in the past bought some web players for my radio and i find out that it does not display or show now playing info, that is the info of the current song playing. I see you mentioned this works with shoutcast. My question is. Does this show the info of the current song playing straight out of the box? Or does one have to do any more work on the web or shoutcast server side? Thank you.

Regarding your URl, probably you need to change it a little bit. Depending on your streaming provider, it can need to be changed in different ways, you find all the infos here

Hello, that is a bug in the wp core 4.8 and we contacted the wp developer he is warking on that. But don’t worry at all, is only an issue in displaying the name of the plugin, the installation is correctly performed anyway. I’m sorry for the issue but is not a theme bug and we are doing all our best to have WordPress developers fixing it asap. Thanks!
It looks like they just fixed it, was a conflict between latest WP and latst TGM plugin installer, they are now updated. For the moment you’ll still see the warning but is really nothing important.

Hi! You can link to any category from the menu by going in appearance-menu and on the left you have the list of categories, from there you can add them to the menu. I understand what you mean, you want to create a page (with page->Add new) choose the blog template and then filter the results. There is actually no function for that, and even if it was there, the result would have been the same as linking to a category page (ok, with couple of things different) but still very close. We can check if we can put it in queue for next theme version but can’t offer any warranty about the timing.

Is because of your stram URL, it needs to end in mp3, please follow the manual for the perfect streaming URL. Normally it works adding #.mp3 at the end but sometimes it can break the stream, depends on your server and requires to test it a little bit.
VERY IMPORTANT AS WELL: the animation of the player is based on Flash, so your browser may ask you to allow flash execution on the page. If you have it blocked, you won’t see the animation effect.

Before buy this theme I’d like to post a question. I have a particular need to include on the same site 8 stations that are part of the same network. Each station has its own shows and podcasts. The theme will be show on the page all together and it’s OK. BUT, can I distinguish shows and podacasts for every station? Tks.
No problem it’s supported multiple channels, multiple schedule, and you can separate widget on air output and every shortcode by category (so you can use categories for radio stations) Btw i see you already purchased, thanks!
Hi. I have inserted twice post in the forum, but I can’t see my post, so I write here. I have problem to understand how I can insert show, podcast to manage all for a multiple stations. We are a network with 8 stations. Everyone has a Serie and his programs. Name of series and programs are different for all stations. We don’t need ti use schedule and onair, just registered programs. I can use Category as Radio Stations? Shows are the title of the series? Podcastas are the programs of a show? Please, help me to understand how can use this theme. Thanks

Interesting idea we have in queue to work on this, but this means october/november at least.

If there are multiple shows on the same day and time. I noticed the NOW ON AIR portion of the site doesn’t cycle through the current live shows. It just sticks on one show. Is this not a feature? Would be nice if the current live shows would randomly cycle.
Now on air is 1 show at a time, auto refresh via javascript every 3 minutes. On Air slider is a slider.

You can use other plugins, we currently tested all the most famous but it turns out they are all very complex, and despite they have all 20k+ installs, they receive quite some bad reviews because of their complexity, so we don’t want to provide complex tools to the people that are hard to use and we just provide a very simple implementation. For this reason, you sould be able to use any other ads plugin, but we can’t guarantee which one works or not, and can’t recommend any one in particular. Every good ads plugin is quite hard to properly set up and require a couple of days of reading and testing (just to give an idea) but you can find some simpler ones that may just fit.
