I have recently taken over a site which runs Jupiter 5.1.8 with the old version of VC. Can you advise how or if it is possible to update the theme to the latest version as there is no update option.
Do we need to purchase a new licence, if so please advise how we can go about doing this without losing all the work currently in version 5.

I use Jupiter v6 theme. I added “Grid Style – Portfolio Categories” in my page. “Grid Style – Portfolio Categories” urls doesn’t work. These categories redirect root domain.

Since the last update, I’ve been experiencing an issue with the first column in a row. The first column has a 35px top margin and I cannot figure out where this margin is coming from. I’ve checked the page section margin, the row margins and the element margins, there is no margin set, but for some reason just the first column gets the margin and the rest render correctly, see pics. Is this a know issue and any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I can add a -35px to the first column and fix the issue, but I was hoping there would be global fix or bug patch.

Feature requests: Here are a few things that will make the new header builder much better…
1. A duplicate button: its very time consuming and annoying to have to adjust the style of every single element when you could just duplicate it with a click of one button and modify the text.
2. Add “text letter-spacing” option for all of the elements that contain text.
3. Add “text-transform” option for all of the elements that contain text so we can make our navigation text all uppercase, etc.
Loving the header builder and I know it is still Beta but these features will certainly improve it.

Possible bug: I am not sure if this is a bug or a limitation in the new header builder. I am creating a header with a primary navigation as well as a navigation in the header. Problem is I when I have 2 navigation elements in the builder, only one appears. Can you clarify on this issue?
Another Bug in the Header Builder: Whenever you add a “button” to the header builder you cannot edit the margins or padding for the right side of the button under the “layout” tab. You can edit the top, left, and bottom but the right padding is stuck at 20 and the right margin at 0. you can select the entry box but it wont let you type anything. Note: This only happens when you add the button manually, NOt when edit a button from a template
Bug: when selecting text weights for navigation in the header builder, when its set to “400 normal” it actually displays 600 weight on the site. I checked out the inspector and it shows a blank space for font-weight ins the style sheet (should be 400).

I have purchased this theme and used an email id to register the code. Now I no longer have access to that email id as it was enabled with 2STEP verification and I have lost my number. I tried to recover account, however, the gmail account is lost.
Now, when I’m trying to raise a ticket on your product’s website, there is no option to raise a ticket unless I verify purchase code and the purchase code is used with that email id whose access is no longer with me.
I want to change my registered email id with your company.

using your theme jupiter but i must to tell you than is musch more primitve than betheme. take a look on their theme panel and the page builder is so good everything is so clean and well organized, yours is a bit messy..
one more thing: i spent 1 hour trying to translate “RELATED PRODUCTS” using locotranslate… i have translated the theme, woocommerce but the word is still no translated… and i have no clue how can i translate.. here betheme is again much better than yours: http://prntscr.com/hh2emd

Please do not update the WP Bakery Pagebuilder version, the update notice you are seeing is from the original vendor and not for the Modified Version.
Following two points should be considered while using bundled plugins like Visual Composer, Layer slider etc. 1 ) Updates are managed by Artbees team and would be available when a new version of the theme is released. 2 ) Ignore the update notification until it’s released by Artbees team. You can check release notes.
Please kindly Note that: We only release the new version of the plugins once we make sure it’s safe to upgrade. This means that it may take up to 2 weeks from the moment you see the update notice in plugins page until you being able to update it. It’s for the safety and avoidance of unwanted bugs.
