We now have a Page Option – Full-width Layout and it can solve the Boxed layout issue.

When you insert a video in the page section the video changes the aspect size of the video clipping some portions on the bottom. Is there anyway to keep the full video aspect without changing it.

Hi, I’ve just updated my website to Jupiter to 6.0.1 version and WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version) to 5.4.5 version. After that, if I edit any text block and I save, all the line wraps (paragraphs) disappears and the text comes in a single paragraph.

Since the new update (from version 6 i think) my site backgrounds doesn’t fill up the whole page width even I didn’t boxed it. Any idea what the problem could be? Kind regards, Jeff The website is http://www.talent2support.nl
Update: The problem is in Safari and Firefox. In Chrome it is ok. Didn’t check other internet browsers.

Why didn’t you guys mentioned it, so I could postpone the update. I’m not able to go back anymore. I already tried it but when I do several errors occur in the template. When will you enroll the update? Hopefully in the couple of days.

When will the latest update for visual composer be added?

It will be added in the next update of the Jupiter theme.
We only release the new version of the plugins once we make sure it’s safe to upgrade. This means that it may take up to 2 weeks from the moment you see the update notice in plugins page until you being able to update it. It’s for the safety and avoidance of unwanted bugs.

Hi there – hoping you can provide a little clarification. What is the difference in the “hover box” and the “flip box”? Why do you have both in there, when they essentially do the same things. Why does the hover box offer a “Design Options”, but the flip box does not.
I’m asking (and possibly making a recommendation for a future upgrade) because the hover box is very nice, easy to use, love that I can set margins, love the tabs at the top of the settings to easily jump in between the setting for the front, and the back, love that I can EASILY set a bottom margin, BUT it’s missing a SIMPLE WAY to change the “Title Color” on the front of the card (I know I can do it with CSS, but it seems silly this is not an option).
The Flip box on the other hand has a VERY SIMPLE WAY to changed the “Title Color” but it does not have the “design options” to be able to EASILY set a bottom margin.
I’m guessing one is native to Visual Composer, and one is the “Artbees modified version” but I just wanted to know.
Lastly – are all the red element icons the Artbees theme versions of certain elements?

You’re totally correct that the “Hover Box” is a Visual Composer original item and the “Flip Box” is a Jupiter theme item, the way it works and the style is different.
And yes, all the red element icons is the Jupiter theme items.

Since the last update, the language selector above the menu does not respect the order given by wpml, I think it’s a bug but obviously I’m not sure. This happens in all my sites with wpml and jupiter 6

We are planning to buy this theme and use the Employee post type but we have around 50 employees so that would be a lot of scrolling in a mobile. Have you managed to create a slider or a load button for this scenario yet?
