Guys your support is messed up. It asked me to enter my purchase code each time I try to go to an item I searched. I did this again but then says my purchase code is already in the data base and to contact if there is a problem. However there is nowhere else to contact.
Anyway, trying to see what is the recommended image size for profile/group photos and for the banner (for full page responsive).
For the banner It says for better results, make sure to upload an image that is larger than 1920px wide, and 700px tall. However if I do slightly over that size, the banner only takes up part of the page. Is profile photos 400×400? I saw that in the forum but it asks you to crop the photo.

I got the support working and submitted a ticket. The 1920×700 that is say the image should be over. I set the image to slight over that but the cover image only displace a small section of the image as if it’s way to big for the space.
You are trying to enter other forum from search results page. You are allowed to browse CommunityJunction forum only.
That’s silly. Then the search should to be tailored so that it only gives results for the forum the user is in. Anyway it looks like my questions were answered in support so thank you.
How can you remove the page header/titles?

Oh shoot, the only problem is this also does away with the profile page and group page headers. I would have thought those would have had a separate tag. Is there a way to just remove page titles, except for profile/group? Since those pages are styled separately those have to have their own ID right?

I have been trying to make changes in style.css and thought I was going crazy because nothing I changed showed on my site. Come to find out none of my changes were being saved.
There appears to be in error on your style.css that needs to be fixed before the file can be updated. Line 92:
.nunito-700, .nunito-700 h1, .nunito-700 h2, .nunito-700 h3, .nunito-700 h4, .nunito-700 h5, .nunito-700 h6, { font-family: Nunito!important; font-weight: 700!important; }
The error is: Unexpected token ‘{’ at line 92, col 110.
So it’s flagging the bracket ‘{’ for some reason and I haven’t been able to figure out why as line 93 below it isn’t being flagged. The only difference is that 92 is trying to style multiple .class elements at once.
Any thoughts?

I figured it out. Even though I didn’t have a cache plugin running, the site is running through cloudflare so you need to put cloudflare into development mode to see quick changes.

You have to click on the notification and you won’t see it again.

I have been looking at your demo version of the new theme. It has considerably changed a lot from the theme we purchased a few months ago. You are out order for changing the entire look of it without any notification to existing users. If I update the theme we have at the moment to the new version it breaks. You have not advised what ids or classes that need updating to match the new theme. It is a totally new theme all together. Are you going to update it again in two months to a completely different theme? We like the look of the old theme more. How do we get the ‘update profile pic and cover’ by users to work? If anyone is reading this be very wary of the developer changing the whole look and feel of the theme! My project I have been working on the last 6+ months has been ruined!!
This theme is over 3 years old and it required design and functionality refresh. If you don’t like it you can use old 1.x version of theme, I don’t see any problems. Link to changelogs is on the item details. Many authors abandon theme support after few months, you reveived 2 themes for 1 price.
Fair enough! But we paid for what we saw and now the theme is not what we paid for! How do we export all the content out from existing theme to the new one? Just like you do with the demo content. We are going to have to start again from scratch and don’t want to re input everything in manually? If you guide us on a few things that will be much appreciated. Thanks
Are you sure you talking about content, not customisation? If content then you don’t have to do nothing.
we are redoing the site on a dev server using the latest theme, their for we need to export all content from the live site which is the old theme!
You can do it using WP Clone – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-clone-by-wp-academy/ and then upgrade theme to 2.0 version.

I don’t think you can do it in bbpress, probably the only way is to use static HTML code with forum thumbnails in the forum page. You can grab html code from page source, add images and paste it in forums page.
