Hello! I just updated the theme, plugins and WP and now the header (menu, logo, layer Slider etc) are missing from all pages. We have restored from a backup so the site is working now, but need an answer as to what the problem might be before we attempt updates again. Site is www.brokefordwich.com.au

please open your site in html code and you will see that the code/content of your site, is cut in the bottom what means this issue has nothing to do with the theme itself and it’s more a problem with your server. Therefore, we recommend you to contact with your admin/hosting provider to fix it.

Hi. With MuffinBuilder, can I setup a layout and then save it to a template. I am able to do that with VisualComposer and then just have my interns pull up the desired template and edit it for a new page. Is this possible.
Also, if it is possible, can these templates be moved between domains. I bought BeTheme for two customers last week and would like to duplicate some of the layouts I have created without having to recreate them again.

Hi Mark,
we have something similar and it’s called Templates where you can create pre-defined templates and then import them on pages where you need. However, when you import this template on page, there is no way to edit its content globally from Templates section.
Regarding your second question, we do not have an option to move just specific templates between domains.

you can change number of posts per page, under Settings > Reading section but its style, can be changed under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section.

Did you checked All pages in pagination option to turn off under BeTheme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General section as we wrote above?

All page numbers show regardless of on/off.

May I know how the license for this themes? Can we install on multiple sites? becaus there are 290+ themes, it is funny when we buy 290+ pre layout theme but for 1 website only.

in reference to Themeforest license and agreements, once purchased license can be used for one site/domain only. If you want to use this theme for few sites, then you must buy as many licenses as many sites you want to build. This applies to all themes on this marketplace and there is no other license available.

I have been working on a development site locally, trying different themes and have been using the purchase code for BeTheme on it. Now when I try to de-register it, I get this message:
“Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page.”
Why can’t I de-register the theme?

Often times a client wants to see examples of different designs and the way the BeTheme works with the registration makes it hard to work with without having to buy several license and not knowing if the clients wants to proceed with the BeTheme theme or go with another theme. I totally understand that you need to be able to control the way your theme is being used, but at the same time it locks a freelancer down which makes it difficult to work with as a freelancer needs to show examples for the potential client.
I want to know if it is possible to have a local development site that uses the BeTheme which I can play with, download different pre-built websites, delete the pre-built website and start over again to see if different things work for different clients. I guess what I’m trying to say is that I need a development site locally which I can register and deregister as may times as I want, whenever I have a site that is ready for live view and then tell the client to buy a license for their own. Is that ok without breaking any violations?

The only place where you can control pretty photo sizes is Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
BUT!!! There is no pretty photo control menu in Addons section. and where is write button in item support forum(http://forum.muffingroup.com)?

Why is it so that when I upload my featured picture, it looks normal in my post. But in my featured image on the front page, it looks skewed. And nothing like the original picture. The pictures elements are out of place…. Please advice..

I deleted whole website/domain that registered with your theme. But when I tried to install your theme to another domain, it kept saying that I have to deregister the theme from the website/domain I completely deleted. How can I renew your theme for a new domain? I have installed an SEO plugin name, Yoast. However, there is some problem when I am going to set up this plugin. I think this plugin is not friendly with muffin builder. here is the issue http://prntscr.com/hj7lck

plugins like Yoast, sees only the content of WordPress default editor and that’s the reason why Muffin Builder content is not visible for that kind of plugins. So if you use Muffin Builder and want to make the content visible for Yoast (you probably meant to make it visible for all these useless Yoast functions like words counter, etc.), you need to use Builder >> SEO option included for WP default editor. This option would allow you to move the Muffin Builder content into WP editor and after that, just turn on “Hide the Content” option below to make WP editor content visible for plugins like Yoast only.
