You can edit file snippets/product-tabs.liquid
{{ product.metafields.spr.reviews }} is required field for app reviews. I can’t fully understand why you have to edit this tab, you can disable reviews and use individual custom tabs for the product. Write ticket http://help.big-skins.com/open.php?topicId=13 and our developer will write you instruction how to use individual custom tabs for products. Or they can make a new global tab for a product if you need.

The Contact Us form doesn’t have a placeholder to the third input (under email and above textarea message). I assume it has something to do with phone numbers as only number was passed OK.

I’ve opened 2 tickets. Never got a reply but not sure 100% because I never received a ticket confirmation email. Therefore, I could never track the ticket. I don’t receive any emails and they aren’t in my spam folder neither. How can I track the tickets in this situation?
BTW, if you can help me faster, I have my swatches empty. Even though, the appropriate image for the right variant is uploaded but in front end it displays just a blank box. How can I solve this? Found nothing here or in the documentation.

It is described here http://seiko-shopify.big-skins.com/manuals/#ColorizedProduct Read step 5: 5.Finish step. Add color pics for configurable swatches (product and collection page)
Important! Save image name only in downcase format ‘color-yourcolorname.png’ (instead spaces in yourcolorname use symbol ’-’)
For example You have color name in admin product option ‘Dark Black’, then upload color-dark-black.png

If you want use variants pics then Theme Settings / General / Product previews / Show variant’s images instead colors – check it

Hello, I am so confused about few things and I need urgent help.
Suppose I have 50 different collections and I need separate categories and separate filtering options for each of my collections. Now how to do that? I’ve read your documentation but it is not clear enough to understand. You haven’t mentioned that a navigation handle is mandatory to enable the sidebar but figured that out after playing around.
Now I want to set up different navigation handle for different collections. This is important because few collections don’t share the same category option.I know I can add more than one navigation handle separating by a comma but how to stop displaying one navigation handle or category on another collection page. If I add multiple navigation handles then these are displayed on every collection page.
I hope my question is clear to you. I want fully different category and different filtering option for every single collection.I also noticed that you have a limitation of adding more than10 GROUP TAGS FILTER. So how to overcome that? Please sort my problems out. Thanks in advance

Hi! For using simultaneously both of languages you need app, for example, Lingvo. Shopify doesn’t support multilanguage from the box.
