Hello, I’d like to know if the theme will be updated to fit Wordpress version 4.9.x because I regonized too late that it doesn’t work with it. I tried to downgrade my wordpress version to 4.8.4 but the theme still doesn’t work. There’s no error message, it just doesn’t open when I try to visit my page. Thanks!

Theme looks amazing, especially the interactive links home page.
When scaling the browser we run into a few issues on that page. The portfolios don’t respond correctly and you cant scroll down.
Do these issue effect mobile devices or is this just a scaling issue when on desktop?

All theme pages and elements should be displayed properly, without any problem. Our theme was tested many times, otherwise it would not be allowed to be on the Envato market. Please check have you updated all browsers to the latest versions and test again.

Our theme does not include SEO since WordPress Codex recommends usage of the plugins to accomplish that. A plugin that is officially recommended by WordPress is Yoast SEO. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

This theme is well speed optimized in backend. It loads a bit slowly since we have not optimized images we used. This is showcase website and we wanted to use images in highest quality. Also, we use all options in same time in order to show all possibilities theme could offer.

We bought extended license for these plugins (Visual Composer and Slider Revolution), and we can’t give you license code because of policy and terms of Theme Forest, because of that we included these plugins in our theme (you can find plugins in theme folder/plugins/ there are installation files of these plugins), also we will update these plugins to the latest version with theme update so you just need to wait for next theme update and there will be the latest version of plugins if it exists. Then when you update theme you just need to go to your back-end Plugins and to deactivate/delete these plugin then you will get some notification to install necessary plugins to our theme, then just click to install/activate again these plugins and that will be all. If you don’t get this notification to install necessary plugins, then just go to Plugins -> Add New -> Upload -> Find these plugins in our theme folder/plugins select one by one and click import/install. So, you are able to normally use these plugins. You can ignore messages about activation these plugins, you have/get inside Plugin settings.

Sorry I think you’ve misunderstood my question. Is it possible to replace the single character with an icon because a single character doesn’t help anyone navigating the site properly?
Movie should read Mobile….
On the mobile version it isn’t possible to display the logo or description. Hence why we asked for a more appropriate ICON or LOGO or resizable Text element. This will deter a lot of viewers from using our website if not deigned properly. Navigation is really important on websites and especially mobile now.

What I mean for the mobile version is you don’t see the description and button of the two sliding elements – which in turn means the visitors to the landing page have no idea what they are visiting.
I shall raise a ticket because the landing page needs a lot of improvement to be useful to visitors to the site.
