Hello Team, I have been using Avada for some time. I often have an issue while updating Fusion core or Fusion Builder. With the new version this time, I can’t update those 2 plugins via FTP/Wordpress….Is there a way to download those 2 plugins? I don’t see them in the Avada package? That would be nice for us that update manually. Another question, is the plugin update incremental? Thanks.

I purchased the product AVADA. installed a demo theme “classic store”, but after installing the demo, started a big problem with the security of the connection .. the green lock in the browser ceases to be displayed. already for a week I solve various kinds of problems. Tell me, do you ever update the topic? why so many problems with your template?

I would like to know if they will solve the problem of importing the theme.

I have already solved the GZIP problem and the site is working fast with a new test I did on GMETRIX:

The Avada theme is not compatible with the WPML plugin :( and still works wrong: http://ldesignercreative.com/socall/

I have already sent all the data by email so I would like you to solve the problem.

If this is not resolved I will have to make a complaint to Envato of the situation :(

I purchased this theme on Friday onto a fresh Wordpress website. Everything was going fine and I got a an hour into editing the home page and got an error message “content error” informing me I was using the latest version (I just purchased and registered) I saw some patches so applied those but didn’t work.

The backend of Fusion builder looks out of order and there seems to be slight coding issues on front. I’ve yet to hear from customer service so just started over on the page and everything appeared fine.

I went on to edit another page and per usual everything was fine. I got four hours in and again the same error message. I’m on deadline and really would like to successfully use this theme I just purchased without issues.

What appears to be transpiring here is you are switching from the builder to the default editor and then editing the raw out output on the page and that is why you are getting a content error as the page content is malformed.

No, I’m am editing ONLY from the fusion builder. Which is the SOLE reason I purchased this theme. The response I got from customer support was about fixing coding errors when I never touched default editor at all. There is no way I can keep starting over on pages when the builder keeps randomly deciding to have errors.

So now that I’m informing you that I AM NOT using the default editor I would like to know your next steps in assisting me in solving this issue. Thanks!

There appears to be more than one influencing factor, on for example, is markup from a Grammarly browser extension. Hi. Going to buy this Avada theme. But got two question in my mind now:

1) Does Avada support Elementor? I mean I like the way front end editor the Elementor provide because it’s super fast to edit in front end like that.

2) Can I use Avada theme on my next website? I got one in the upcoming project and im going to buy the Avada theme. So the next one website I’ve planning to create can I use the Avada theme or I need to buy another one?

Hello! Is in this moment a problem with the Fusion Builder or WordPress 4.9.1? Because I can’t use the text editor on wordpress in this moment on all my sites with AVADA Theme.

Sice I used the last pages it dosn´t work :-/

That is down to one of two things. (1) WordPress was updated but the theme was not updated to Avada 5.3.1, or, (2) The theme and WordPress were updated however a confirmed WordPress Core language file bug is the root cause as explained in detail in this help file -> http://bit.ly/2B930Sm

It is simply a change in date, Themeforest says one thing because that is when files were uploaded, the changeling is made by us and included in the package, so the date can and will vary.

All that matters is the version #, and right now the live version # is 5.3.1

After updating to 5.3.2 I get both desktop logo AND mobile logo, when loading the site on a desktop. If I remove mobile logo in Avada Settings, the logo dissapears. https://screencast.com/t/XRYIaJkYb
