Hey guys, i guess there a few bugs!
1. I cannot change or upload logos and when users want to change their avatars they see an error that they have to fill out their password again and have to wait almost a minute to upload their avatar.
2. Another problem is that posting articles come with huge delays. It looks like it’s stuck in a loop.
3. And when I force the background of the header of each article as full width, it doesn’t work (!).
Pls fix those issues.

Hello Bogdan Thanks for your reply. But, I wasn’t asking the information you have supplied. I am sorry if I wasn’t clear enough. I am customizing the theme and want to show the icons for Google Chrome, Firefox, Apple iOS, and Google Android. We already put these icons on the website but we masked the Vimeo icon to show Android app link. So, when we hover the icon, we see “Vimeo” written there. When customizing a piece of code, you should know what you are doing. Altering the icon does not alter the link and attributes. It is the a element title. Every a tag has a title and in this case it was not changed to android, but it remained set top vimeo. Please change the a title as well.

Getting this error, done evrything mentioned here.. Sucks.. Was working fine for 2 weeks..Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()! Happens only for home-frontpage Tried restoring to previous versions of page and also created new page and copied over. Still doesn’t work.
This is worrisome . The template shouldn’t just break like that. And so many ppl facing this error too. You should fix that.

This error is because of an “external” code on your page. You might have created the page with another page builder or there is a specific code that is not compatible with our page builder. Please try to re-create your page on a brand new page but do not copy the code. Recreate each element by pressing the addd element button.

No external code. Started with the tagdiv composer and edited with it only fully. Mate are you kidding, its our homepage how can we create all elements from scratch.We have been working on this so long. Anyway I fixed with some copy paste itself. It works, but had to redo few elements. You guys need to fix this bug, it shouldn’t happen in the future.

Well, I only used the tagdiv composer that shipped with it . I only edited the default homepage. I never said i used another page builder. Did I? It just broke suddenly. I had to restore to one of the previous revisions. Lost data and had to redo stuff. Its not my fault. I only have tagdiv composer.

QUESTION PRIOR TO PURCHASE Hello Friends, is it possible to create a main category that contains cities and from them create subcategories of, for example: politics, sports, culture, etc?
If I want to create different levels of subscriptions (free and paid) to access the information, is it possible to do so with your theme?

Thank you for your appreciation but our theme does not have the implementation you seek. We do not have a subscription system. Our theme uses the default taxonomy as WordPress. You can create categories and sub-categories, but for the subscription you will need to use plugins as the theme has no settings in this regard.

No, this is not a bug. The smart list templates will ignore the article ads by default. Please check the theme panel ads section as smartlists have their own ad spots.

I install the theme and random images install in my media library, i delete the images and they keep coming back, Like over 100 images. I uninstall the theme 3 times and the problem keeps happening

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi, A few days ago I upgraded “Newspaper” theme to version 8.5. When I open any page with using tagDiv then my page is coming empty. The last change I made and all the previous ones are deleting. But when I deactivated plugin “Accelerated Mobile Pages”, the problem was solved. I had no such problem before the upgrade. Thanks in advance for your help.

When this problem occurred I had already deactivated all applications, cleaned up the cache and found the cause of the problem. The problem was solved when I turned on the “Accelerated Mobile Pages” plugin.
But before I updated tagDiv to V 8.5, I had no such problem. All the content and pages in my blog are running smoothly with the “Accelerated mobile pages” AMP application, and have been approved by google. That’s why I do not want to change this plugin.

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin
Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Amp is not a tested plugin so we cannot offer any solutions for untested plugins. We are working on amp implementation in our theme for future updates though.

Sorry but our theme does not manage amp for the moment. You can manage it through plugins. We do plan to add amp support in future releases but for the moment our theme has no theme specific settings for AMP.

I’m having issues with the featured image upload. It’s really slow and sometime the image doesn’t stick, i have to go back and add it again. This is happening on my new license/installation, I have another older one that doesn’t have the issue.

The error is because you don’t redirect your wp-content to the main site correctly. This is an error on your coding! It’s not an error We can ourself fix with the solutions for error 500. Its something that’s wrongly coded in your theme. Please fix this problem.

Replied in the other comment. There is no error in our theme. It is your install that has the error. Please test on a sub-domain with a clean install of WordPress and the theme if you are not convinced. Our themes are thoroughly tested and such an error would have never gotten past us.
