I’m trying to change the CSS background-color of the mobile menu for the logo. Right now it’s transparent with the layer slider (which is great) but once I click the mobile menu to access items, it goes completely white since the logo is white and background is white. Just trying to change background to black after the user clicks. Any CSS advice?

How to add the topbar on top of menu bar?
Hi HawtCoffee, you need to go in Theme Options > Menu > Additionals and set to off “Hide Secondary Menu” (please note that is supposed you have a secondary menu assigned with the Secondary Menu position in the WordPress > Menu). Let us know if this helps!
I’ve got some questions about the Uncode Theme and I am not sure if I understood it correct from your website 
I am looking for a theme to create a multilanguage-corporate website with a main landing page, user-specific landing pages, a blog and a couple of other pages like FAQ, About us, Press, Legal Note etc. The website is created with Wordpress.
1) You offer many different page designs. Do I have to decide on one for the whole website only or can I set different ones for each page I create in Wordpress?
2) The Elements such as lists, buttons, separators: Can I add them to different pages of my website or only to the main homepage? Can I also add all those elements to the posts on the blog?
3) Do you allow custom colors and custom fonts? Sorry it’s not clear from the demo.
4) Do you allow custom HTML widgets/elements?
5) Do you have a solution for multilanguage pages? Some plugins or tools to translate for example the home page and link it to let’s say something like “jp.homepage.com”?

Hi, from today, with the relaese of chrome version 63.x i’ve seen that all “height:100%” are not correcly rendered. All is still ok on firefox and other browsers… take a look for example of your menu (ex http://preview.themeforest.net/item/uncode-creative-multiuse-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/13373220?_ga=2.54424808.1392000105.1513098976-404987050.1501825179) as you can see main elements are not 100% height so submenus start just under main buttons texts and not under the menu row background i experimented this problem also in vc rows with 2 columns inside (equal height), one with main content (square image) and one with small text, middle vertical height, coloured background and 100% height, in this case the coloured column is not 100% height but standard height (content+padding) middle centered. yesterday all was perfect…
i look to other sites with chrome but at the moment i’ve seen this problem only with the one i made with uncode
do you think it’s a chrome latest update problem or what?
i tested also on other pc that still has chrom 62.xx version, and it’s ok

If you need all your portfolios have the same layout you need to use the Theme Options > Portfolio (here you have the same options of Page Options but general): https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213455469
Please create a new portfolio and use the Theme Options > Portfolio to set the layout, then all your new portfolios will have these settings (unless you specify different setting in Page Options). Hello. After last update, the color overlays are not working properly. Selected color is not visible over an image. The previously stored items are displayed correctly, as soon as I save something new, the color will no longer be displayed. Is this an global problem with the last update?

No I don’t think it’s an issue of update, we are both not able to replicate in our installation and at the same we don’t have any reports from other clients (after a few weeks we should have received some reports if there is an issue with the header module). Hello. I am very happy with this theme. The point is that since I have updated to 1.6.4.2 the WPBackery (VComposer) is not working well. I cannot save changes writing with the Backend Editor. I have to write with the classic mode.
I must point out that everything has been fine until version 1.6.4. It seems that I must renew the support in order to get an answer for this question, but this question does not refer to a doubt, or a detail and I am happy with the theme. Just solved the issue. It was a conflict with a plugin named: Elastic Email Sender. Thanks for this big theme. It is wonderful.

Hi Kiwi-web, as illustrated in the docs you can import all layouts or just the pages you need, once installed these will be pages of your installation part of your contents. If you need only this page we suggest to import only this layout and possible the portfolio and blog items associated. Anyway for any needs just refer to the Support Team so they can help privately.

Sure, but (and it doesn’t depend on the theme, it is a matter of WP/PHP) you have to use buffering output, since you need to return the content of the template, not to print it.

From here we can only suggest to deactivate all possible extra plugins and for example try to verify if you have the debug mode active in the wp-config.php, in fact this is a “warning” not an “error” and they are possible triggered by the debug mode on.

What I mean is that when I click the option to edit the page, WPBakery Page Builder shows the structure of the existing page, that is, I just edit the content that already exists. But this is not happening. WPBakery Page Builder shows the ”+” sign to start a new page structure.
About the license, I understand. I have already used uncode in another domain, but it has already been deleted. I have the license to use this site.
Have you deleted possible ALL extra plugins? Is this installation in English? I know there are some issue with admin languages and actual version of Visual Composer (that is also bundled with Uncode). Sorry but this is the first report we have about this issue (otherwise if there is an issue with Uncode I think that you should see thousand of reports like this here). Ok for the license, but anyway your support period is expired, we are fine you use Uncode again but you cannot access private support to debug possible issues like this (there are just the Envato terms and I hope you understand).
PS: at least upload a screenshot with Chrome Developers tools opened to check if there are some errors.

Hi wlucasneto, according to Envato license terms you can use a theme only 1 time, if you create another installation based on the same theme you need to purchase a secondary license, that give you also access to private support. This method ensure users are covered if strange problems happen, as well as recognizing the right tribute to the authors. Yes if your support is expired you should renew the support. Otherwise, as told, try contact us back in a few days if some other users reported the same problem we are happy to help (as mentioned at the time no similar problem has been reported and the last update has been published for some weeks now, so really think something odd in this installation, otherwise all messages here should be about this Page Builder issue).
