Hi,
I’m having an issue with using anchor links due to using the sticky header. When clicking the anchor link and the screen goes to the anchor point, the start of the text is hidden behind the sticky header. Would it be possible to only trigger the sticky header on upward scroll (instead of permanent via downward scroll and upward scroll)? This way I could still use the sticky header but it wouldn’t hide the anchor point and the start of the anchor text.

i want to use custom font, but when i try to upload it (through Theme options\Fonts) – Wordpress tell me, that this kind of files (i uploading TTF) doesnt allowed in case of security reason… So what can i do to use custom font?

WordPress does not allow to upload many files types so to upload the file that is not allowed, you need to use Disable Real MIME Check plugin.

Hi please, I have two issues,

installed the pre-built exactly like I always do but the slider didn’t import and it’s no longer included in the slider demo folders. This has happened before. Any ideas? Need fixed asap.

When I click on install I get the following screen:

But this message has nothing to with the theme itself and as the message says, you need to contact with your web host.

You can not find any plugins in the package, because since version 20, plugins does not come with the package. We did much easier and faster method to install/update plugins, please check BeTheme Options > Install Plugins section.
We’re having problems in adding new items to the last section. We try to add and save the changes but it does not save them.

I bought the BeTheme and removed the Buy now option bij theme options -> Menu & action bar -> action bar -> hide. On mobile the Buy now button is still active. I also tried to responsive -> header -> Menu -> Side Slide | Hide action button. But it’s still in the mobile menu. How to remove it ? (www.pavone-carcleaning.nl)

Just a small note. As a regular user of your theme, today when installing one of your pre-built websites, I noticed the “Pay” and “Watchmaker” previews are reversed. This was a bit confusing as I wanted “Pay” but I selected based on the wording, not image. Thanks!

Hello, Is it possible to use the theme and play around with the builder on a live domain without purchasing a license? I will of course continue to purchase licenses where needed, but was just curious if it is just for the prebuilt websites or if i’d be able to mess about with css using the builder.

you can use same license for sub-domains or sub-folders around the same domain of course, but for that, you need to use multisite. Such solution, will let you share one registered license among all parties connected with multisite.
