Does newspaper support multilanguage? In case I have different versions of my newspaper based on the languagle (/es, /en, /de) ?
My Newspaper theme megamenu, featured images and x bottom won’t work anymore. Something is broken. How can I repair it? Is it something broken in the newspapaer files or in the database? How can I reset database Newspaper info, so if I want to cancel and reinstall this theme, Wordpress doesn’t “remember” the setup? Thanks

In most cases disabling plugins is enough. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Is theme still using 7.0’s Child Theme or there is a never version?

A child theme is not update proof. Code gets changed and files must be replaced in your child theme. We provide a theme patch in every update package with the modified files between versions. If one of those files is found in your child theme, it has to be replaced. Code gets changed between versions. If you keep feeding the old code through the child theme and the theme requires the new code, you can imagine what will happen.

This is an issue with the post html code. There is a broken html tag somewhere or there is a plugin conflict affecting the proper functionality of the post sidebar. Please test without plugins first.

This case was also before some of the update. Plugins do not change anything after they are turned off. Content is prepared through WPBAKERY.
If your content is added with visual composer, then that is your problem. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ The page builder was never tested on posts so it could provide errors such as the one you are facing. There can be particular elements causing this, not the whole plugin so please test out a few of the elements that are present on that post but missing on the working posts.

Hey, I’m looking to purchase this theme to be used as a product review website. Is it possible to put the review overview higher up on the page? Also, is it possible to sort pages by review rating? If there’s another theme you’d recommend I use for a review site, I’m all open ears.

Sorry but the reviews are a single element. You cannot move just the overview. You can move the reviews before or after the post content. Hello, I cant activate the Visual Composer on my wordpress, When I hit the button to activate its opens me the wpbakery link and its shows me “No licenses found ” what does t mean, I have a purchase code and everything. what should I do help me, Cuz it wont let me to add media/picture in inside the post.

The bundled version of visual composer and revolution slider cannot be activated. The bundled version do not come with an activation code. You can skip this step as you already have full access to the plugin features. You will not be able to update the plugin automatically though but we provide the plugin updates along with the theme updates. Is there a way to differentiate blog posts into 3 sections without using categories and providing a link to each of these section using front end builder?
Hi,
All posts need to have a category to which they belong. If you do not assign one manually, by default they will be included in the Uncategorized category.
There are many elements, designs and layout options in the theme to allow the posts to be displayed. Most of the theme elements can be seen in the live demo (Features menu)

Also there are also many block filtering and post sorting options, that can used to control the posts that are displayed in blocks and grids.

Hi, i dont know how to achieve to show excerpts in my home page on Block 21. If i inspect the css code, its shown as “display:none;”. Is there a way to do it trouhgt the Theme Panel?

Block 21 displays the excerpt when set on 2 or 3 columns, this can be seen here – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-21/
When on a single column the excerpts are not displayed, I believe it is a design choice, the block might not look properly in this layout with excerpts – https://www.screencast.com/t/xpZc7UbHg
You could try other blocks, there are modules which display excerpts when set on a single column.
Or enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS and enable theme on block 21-1 column
