Hi, i have installed the theme on my site. The site is working fine but when I edit a pages with ux builder an error occurrs: error 404 http://www.truelash.it/wp-admin/edit.php?page=uxbuilder&post_id=2236#/I’ve tried to save again permalinks but occurred the same error 404

After last update, it’s impossible change the font. i’m select the font from child theme customization, but then it’s impossible save and publish the customization.

Please try these fixes.- Make sure you have at least PHP 5.6 installed. You can check that in WooCommerce > System status.
- Make sure you have at least WordPress 4.5 installed.
Hi not to sure if anyone else is having this issue but we have noticed since latest woocomerce update for people with customer role they seem to seeing two add to cart buttons.but people as administrator do not see this .
it only appears to happen with child themes we do have some custom functions but we have removed theses are the issue still appears

i have sent the message but our support has expired but currently cannot renew until permission from the customer but with us finding the issue with the theme using child themes would this still get looked at as the email says . Automatically closed tickets will still get reviewed and if we need to renew we will push the customer to approve renewal

The issue seems to be from your child theme customizations. I would suggest that you look over this with the help of a developer.
this is strange as as the only customisation is in the functions file and we even wiped all things in there and yet the buttons still show we will take a closer look as the only other customisation is from the actual flatsome theme options

SITE HACKS: Any Ideas? Howdy UX and community, We have built a site with Flatsome and once it went live we got hacked pretty quick. Long story short we’re on our 4th hack, last round was on maintenance mode along with the directory being password protected. We did a process of elimination and when we did a fresh WP install along with a default theme, nothing happened. Once we migrated the site back with Flatsome we were hacked again. Is there a backdoor in this theme? Anyone else dealt with this? WP, theme and plugins are all up to date. Thanks, H

Flatsome has been built in accordance with WordPress coding standards and hence would work with any plugin that follows the same standards.
You can create and activate a child theme in the setup wizard and then skip the other steps if you would not like to import the demo data.
You will need at least PHP and MYSQL 5.6 and PHP Memory Limit of at least 256M.

1. We reported the issue to the development team and are awaiting a fix.
2. You will need a plugin to have galleries for variations.
3. The plugin should work well with the theme, however it is important to note that there has not been any compatibility tests with the plugin.
2. I have already a plugin for that… But you have a bug in the website that doesn’t allow to use any kind of plugin.
You have promised to solve it 2 months ago. After two release, the bug is still there. So my question is: to solve a simply problem (that other themes doesn’t have), how much time we have to wait for?
