Few questions please.
1. Is there an option to have all portfolio projects load automatically? Instead of loading more when scrolling. Something similar to http://robertfrankhunter.com
2. How can I remove the rectangle that wraps the portfolio titles when I hover over them?
3. Similar to the website mention in #1 – Can I have all my portfolios appear underneath each portfolio project so I don’t have to go back to my homepage to view another?

1. Yes, you can disable Lazy Loading / Pagination option to have all the items load at once.
2. Yes the option to change the TITLE style is present in the Portolio Module Options in TATSU. Kindly provide the link to this page in your site if you require further assistance.
3. Unfortunately, it is not possible to load the images under the thumbnail.

Hello, after the new update on tatsu, I am unable to enter my home page through Tatsu to edit it. It gets stuck at the loading page for the entire day. I am able to edit other pages except the home page. I have cleared browser cache and there’s no other page builders that could interfere with this. Please let me know what other ways to resolve this issue. Thanks

Hi, after latest updates the Slider Thumbnails bar doesn’t work properly in Center Slide Carousel Slider. Dot’s are not visible at all and the thumbnails are squeezed. Here is a link to my sample gallery:

Unfortunately, only the featured image will be pulled up in the PORTFOLIO grid. To display multiple images in a gird each of which will open in lightbox you can use the GRID GALLERY as showcased here – oshinewptheme.com/v17

Hi, I understand, let me reword my question, would it be possible for a grid of images to show up when someone pressed on one of my portfolio items. By default one image comes up at a time int the lightbox gallery. Is it possible to have a grid of all the images in that portfolio show up in the light box gallery?

Yes you can have one of you portfolio item link to a page, that has a grid lightbox gallery. You need to set the PORTFOLIO STYLE as “Single Page – Page Builder” in your Portfolio Options metabox and edit the portfolio post with TATSU and add the GRID GALLERY module in there.
Is it possible to have to have the portfolio item display the grid gallery in an overlay style without leaving the single page site and showing up in another page?

we just updated from Oshine 4 to version 6. Worked fine, thanks! But now we have strange big 40px margins around the galleries of our blog posts: https://www.maigut-fotografie.de/koeln-fotograf/vintage-shooting/ Do you have a quick CSS idea to bring it back to the ver. 4 style or just get rid of the margins. When you look at the gallery of that post: https://www.maigut-fotografie.de/koeln-fotograf/businessfotos-fuer-neuroguide-coaching/ Some images are also very strangely cropped. Would be very happy if you could offer an easy solution to get back the original ratio of our images. Kind regards!

I use the masterslider for my frontpage. On a layer placed on the slider I have 5 thumbnails. http://www.adeas.nl/demo/Clicking these thumbnails on an iPad is not the same as on my desktop. On the iPad i have to click the thumb more the one time to let it activate.
Is there a solution to let it work smoother ?
Or is there another way (Oshine or Other Plugin) to have a slider with thumbs on your frontpage ?

And another question regarding the Justified Gallery. Is it possible to add lazy load to Justified galleries? Now the webpage doesn’t show any images before the whole gallery is fully loaded.
Unfortunately, we do not have Lazy Load option available in Justified Gallery. We will incorporate this option in our upcoming updates.

Now, after the latest updates the website is functional again, but Tatsu won’t load on the frontpage. All the other pages can be edited with Tatsu, but Tatsu won’t open the front page and I can’t edit it. If I remove everything from the front page with the Wordpress editor and save the page, I can open Tatsu editor and readd everything. After the first save Tatsu won’t open the front page again.
How to fix this?

I am not sure what you mean by having the domain fixed, but if you are talking about the change in url, when you click a portfolio item and move to a different page, then unfortunately no, its not possible to have the url fixed. With regard to the lack of clarity, kindly share the link to your portfolio page, so that we can investigate as to why they are not sharp. Are your Portfolio images atleast 650px wide ? Secondly wordpress compresses jpegs to 82% quality when cropping images. This may be the reason why your images may not be as sharp as you would expect them to . ( provided they are of the dimensions mentioned above ). You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-resized-image-quality/ or the techniques mentioned in this article, http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-or-decrease-wordpress-jpeg-image-compression/ to alter the image quality. After changing the quality you will have to regenerate your images in order for them to be cropped with the modified quality. Kindly use the REGENERATE THUMBNAILS plugin for this purpose.

With the new version from today there is an error ‘old version cannot be removed’ and after finishing open the website there is only an error ‘stylesheet missing’.

It looks like you have updated the theme incorrectly. You have tried to upload the master zip package that you downloaded from themeforest. Please extract the zip file and you should find a file named oshine.zip inside it. Please use that to update your site. You will have to use FTP to make this change as you have incorrectly uploaded a wrong file currently.

In the last two update, I see that you have reverted the code as before the fix and these files doesn’t load more from CDN. So I have manually change the code in fuctions.php as you have do before to fix it. Can you officially include this fix in the next update please??

Hi all – my site broke after the upgrade and there is a really simple fix: an earlier recommendation was to ensure “INTL php extension is available & enabled” (assuming minimum php 5.3). I went to my Cpanel, went to PHP selector, noticed INTL php extension didn’t have a tick (wasn’t enabled), enabled it, saved and site back to functioning correctly

The Gallery Post Type SLider is missing

Just wanted to let you know that there’s something wrong with the 6.0.4 version of the theme. The Tatsu page builder is behaving strangely. For example, when trying to add a special title module, nothing is showing up in the editor. There were a lot of other stuff as well. Only it’s difficult to describe with text.
I reverted back to 6.0.3, which I had no problems with. I know I should have given you the possibility to take a look at the site, but I didn’t have the patience to wait for it. Anyway, I can’t be the only one having problems with Tatsu in the 6.0.4 version, so I guess you will get to see the problem anyways.

The issue was not a bug with the theme, but rather a php functionality that wasn’t available / enabled by default in certain servers. We have released another update yesterday using an alternative approach and should work fine in all servers now. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

1. Kindly EDIT the page in TATSU and SAVE it once, in order to get the Page Title Bar removed from the portfolio page.
2. Yes, you can set a different hover color for each of your portfolio item. The option is present in the PORTFOLIO OPTIONS metabox in the respective post page.

I’m considering recommending this theme for a client but I have a couple of functionality requirements. Could you kindly confirm the following information:
- I see that one of the featured websites built with Oshine, www.giantmanagement.com, has a full-screen Vimeo video on the landing page. I’m assuming it’s possible to have a YouTube video instead?
- My client wants to showcase 12 of his projects in the form of a grid. This grid would display the featured image of each project, then when you click on one of the images it opens up a lightbox gallery of other images within that specific project (instead of the other 11 images in that grid). Is this possible with Oshine?

1. In the sample website link that you have provided, the Slider Revolution plugin is used to display the video. And, yes you can add a Youtube video using the plugin too.
2. Yes, we have a Portfolio Type named – Ligthbox Gallery, that you can use. In this type of portfolio, you can link more than one image to a portfolio post, and only those images will open in Lightbox when you click on the Portfolio Thumbnail.
