Hi! I created a blog boxed later page. I will show here the posts of a single category. But I did not understand how many posts I have to set in the “matrix”. If I put 2 posts for example, it show only 2 posts? I have a doubt because If I add a 3 blog post, it do not show it to me in this page. I don’t understand how it works. Can I keep this layout alternating for all future posts?

Hi, I’ve already inserted the Google maps API code and I can already see the map on my site. But by changing the coordinates to the address that I want to be displayed on the page, the map does not change the location, it still shows the location in NY.

After moving Wordpress multisite to another domain the Single Media and the Media gallery elements don’t work. No error in console is shown, Media URL and page urls are correctly replaced with the new domain address. Any ideas? Please, help.

Their Country and State dropdowns on the checkout page have 2 scroll bars, seems like a waste to renew my support to tell them their theme sin’t working right. Spent an hour trying to find some issue on my site, then went to their demo site and found the same problem.

Basically; If you look at this page on mobile view: www.gunselsenol.com , the menu is transparent. While if you look at this page on mobile view (portfolio): http://gunselsenol.com/portfolio/apples-and-snakes/ , the menu is not transparent. No even if Uncode is one of the most flexible themes it’s really not common that a site has different styles for internal page, so unfortunately this is not possible.

I’ve tried every option i can find—how can i get rid of the delay for the menu as you scroll down the page. Client hates this and we just want it to be normal.

no not the first one. i’ve tried every option in there to just have the menu scroll away normally without the animation delay but nothing seems to do it.
There doesn’t seem to be an option to just ‘turn off’ all animations.

If you write here we are not able to check what happen in your installation, the problem you report is related to the old version of Visual Composer with WordPress 4.9 but if you still have this issue something went wrong in your installation or probably you have not deleted your browser cache cause the update to new version of WPBackery fixes all problem 100%.

Hi! Yes I have tried that already but it didn’t help. The issue happens only while scrolling with the mouse dial. If I grab the scrollbar then it works ok.

Hi acroAC! Unfortunately I don’t have the possibility to test and it’s the first time we have this report, but if this happen only with this dial the problem is here, it works fine with mouse, trackpad etc, so it seems this device uses some sort of smooth scroll or scroll ‘refinement’.
Hi, it happens with more than one mouse and only in pc and only in Chrome, the same mouse dial works well on a Mac and on Firefox or any other combination. So I don’t think it’s related to the device…Do you really have no chance to test?
Hi acroAC and sorry for delay! No I mean that you told in first message that the issue is with this combo Windows + Chrome + mouse with dial. If you deactivate the Smooth Scroll this is just a simple HTML document, there are no other codes that manage the scroll. Do you have this with all mouse?
