two years since the first request of RTL support ! the tpl is having a bug, it shows the message icon without session and I am mad of adding rtl support due to the dispersion of elmeents ! u do not know how much you loose by ignoring the RTL issu ! I’ll backc to you for more cause I am working on it by now ^_ try to add ARABIC and RTL, and change the gradient color in profile page also the activity view is not the same as in the demo the demo having it as side bar but after installing it, the imported data place it at top with a gray color as gradient layer

Hi. i have an issue with the theme opened a ticket and have not heard anything from anyone since past week. Now i logged into support page and see my support ticket is marked as resolved, without any notes or contacting me. I wonder if this is the way to deal with support issues. thanks a lot

Documentation on this theme sucks and useless.

The support on this theme is a JOKE. I asked 5 questions on support site on day of purchase. First questions was: “how can I increase the height of the logo?” waited 24 hours and the answer I received was:

“Hello, please lets go one by one can you share access to your site so i can review the issues?”

Do you really need to get admin login to answer this questions?

Waited another 24 hours to get an answer to the first question as above.

It has been a week since the last answer and they must forgot there are 4 questions waiting for an answer.

I like your theme but needs some customisation in it. So is it easily possible to customise the app? As I don’t want to keep a very small Chat room option on the main screen and may set it to a full page. Is it easily possible? Is the main page built through widgets?

Secondly, if you go to the following link and check the mobile view, it’ll show nested replies below the news, which is not properly aligned in the mobile view. I know in BuddyPress Forums settings you can change the number of nested replies as 2 is the best. Will that setting in the forum will also change the nested replies settings everywhere? Please change it to nested upto 2nd level and reply here so that I may check it is fixed and I’ll buy it.

Hi, I purchased and installed your theme on a free install wp, and it asks for plugin installation. When I install the required plugins, it shows error message for each and everyone of the plugin:

“Warning: sprintf(): Too few arguments in”

I checked the plugin page and they all shows as installed?

Should I be worried?

Hi ive just bought BuddyApp and im running on my local WAMP server for now and i have a MAJOR issue : I just cant do anything… the theme works fine if i dont touch it, if i try to remove the search bar using the front end editor then it just stop working… I can try to access any page it just load for 20 seconds and then i get a message like connection aborded telling me that maybe the server is overcrowded. That way i cannot work and it does not depend on how many plugins are running. Do you have any idea ? Happy new year btw

2- Is it possible to create new fields for the user profile page and to do a search member by filter? Example (Size, right-handed, left-handed …)?

3- Is it possible to post a video in his profile album with a smarphone? Same question for a post update activity and an article in the news?

4- In smartphone format is it possible to have the page member with a grid view of 2 members per line?

5- Can your theme work with Mobiloud https://www.mobiloud.com/ or the wapppress plugin to have the site in Android / IOS mobile application?

- social networking - marketplace multi-vendor features - multi language - front end multi currency - Child/Sub Groups (a feature no theme forest author has ever been able to offer so far)

all integrated together, as I want to build a website where my members can also sell their own products via my new website. Any chance to do this with your theme? I purchased Kleo hoping that you would integrate WC Vendors with it, but you never did, so I shelved it after my developer did not integrate it as promised.
