Hi, all plugins bundled with the theme, here on Themeforest and Codecanyon, don’t get a separate license key but you can use the plugin with full features. We provide the updates trough the theme updates. We do not require wise chat pro and also rtmedia is free. On our demo we use only the free versions. If there is something misleading.

1) How do i view all site wide activity like in one long feed. Doesn’t have to be in a specific group. Is there a way to create just one long feed where people can create updates or posts
2) The forum system can it work somewhat like Reddits? Where you can create a forum and people can respond or comment directly in it

Have a question before I buy buddyapp , example, https://seventhqueen.com/themes/buddyapp/demo/members/rtynio/ if you are on a laptop with no touch screen how to do you scroll the 2 vertical menus on the left , the main navigation menu and the profile one? does the theme come with a non sticky option for those 2 vertical menus? otherwise the theme is not functional if you can scroll the menus and the remaining non visible part of the menus are not visible , I need an option to make them non sticky so the scroll down together with the page. If this is an option already with the theme just confirm want to make sure before i buy thanks

Hello. I buyed your theme from demo it looked really nice. I Installed and it looks different. There are not such simple thing like icons near left side bar menus, I cant reorder menu tabs, I installed plugins like chat, wp poll but I cant add them to the pages like dashboard (for real there is no dashboard section, there is activity).. Can you explain me how to do everything that theme in my site looked same like yours in demo? Thank you.

Hello, I have bought your theme. I really like the layout of the buddy app. I believe this have a lot of potential.
However, I am finding that Kleo has much more features.
I am left to wonder when can we get the same features, such as “News Magazine”, “Get Connected”, and “Geo Directory,” and optional footer.
It was my assumption that Kleo features can be ported to buddyapp.
Main point is: Please make this a stronger product by features. I can see a lot more people would port to this and the feature request into the support is not working out for the theme, because generally, buyers end up converting to Kleo because the same reason I am here today.
Lastly, my questions also are what features are we currently working on?

I also wonder when can we get “K elements.” This is really important because this is a buddypress theme. For example, activity stream, group carousel, groups grid, members carousel & other short-codes.
We do not have access to tools that would render the theme very useful. I find myself looking for alternatives, buying and adding more plugins, and search on the web how to make it work.
I also have to acknowledge your support team is pretty good. But more proper documentation is needed, so that we do not have to search around and ask questions that should be handled in the initial introductions of buying the theme.
The main problem to state that there is not enough demand is actually flawed. Like myself, people flock to Kleo because a simple reason of “ease of use” & “ease of designing the theme.” Make it easier on this theme and develop it further. The same mentality why Kleo is leading.
My comments are only to encourage you and find out the extend of the theme development than merely updating its compatibility…

The theme keeps leaving a white space or padding (of around 50-100px) between the top header and sliders I create using either the recommended visual composer or siteorigin theme builder. We are running the theme great so far and we are looking to deploy a second web site with this theme. As both are membership sites, the community theme is perfect for the purpose, but we are hoping to understand how can we make the site look different in term of user experience.
1. The login screen contain a short code that pre-define the grey background and other elements. Please advice how can we go about redesigning that interface? We have search for the short code but can’t seem to find it.
2. We are running a HTML5 landing page, and we will like to know how can we trigger the login screen popup on to the HTML5 landing page? Quite similar to this demo that you have.

Also we will like to reflect a problem that we have experienced with the login page background. We understand this is to be configurable with the online editor that came along with the theme but it is impossible to locate the position to change it, even following some of the solution you have shared here before, the option is simply not found, we have to get into the phpMyAdmin to locate and change it from there.

Hello, You mean the Login page, you can try to do it using CSS since it is the easiest way if you don’t want structure changes.

please support is too slow to response now am hooked up in job first issue i edited the demo content login page to make the demo username and password disappear by replacing the login shortcode with this [[sq_login_form]] now my login page is broken and i cant proceed with the job because of that .
