Hi, by default, the option is deselected, but the options are seen in the sidebar. Check or uncheck this option does not produce any change. Thanks

Your theme is nice and was looking forward to it when I bought it however it comes with a lot of error and since I bought it I am not able to go forward to do anything because its been from one error to the other. A bit disappointed in the performance of the theme on the building stage.

theme design not compatible with latest version of woocommerce, the cart and checkout pages are really messed up

WP Version 4.9.1, WooCommerce Version 3.2.6, The7 Version Version: 6.0.1. All bundled theme plugins are also up to date.
On the Cart page and the Checkout page (which are both set to full width/no sidebar in page settings) the woocommerce sidebars that appear (e.g. cart-collaterals) are showing up as miniscule width (would be 0 if it had nothing in them) and are pushed below the main section on the page (e.g. shopping cart or billing/shipping details)
I am using a child theme but no woocommerce templates are copied over to it (except one email template).
When I upgraded WooCommerce to 3.2.6 it gave a warning that the theme (The7) has outdated template files.

Hello. Purchased another license. Downloaded and launched them, only to find there are no longer TABS offered within the Page Builder. Did I miss something along the way??? Please advise asap. Thank you. I love your theme.

1. Make sure you have “The7 Elements” plugin installed.
2. Enable tabs under The7 > My the7 in the “Settings” block.
I checked in the support portal to see if there was any info there but found nothing. Is it possible to add an image to the background of the Mega Menu or maybe a widget? Not a big deal just looking at making a few adjustments for the new year.

Hi, In my shop there is a short line appears under the price and the heading. It only appears in the shop. I seem to remember there is a way to remove this line or make it longer or shorter. Try as I might I can’t find the section for this function. Thanks

Hi! I love the theme, but some things are just hard to accomplish. For example, I’m having a lot of trouble getting the mobile site to look the way I want.
One thing that would really be helpful is the ability to hide a row. I noticed the feature to hide content on mobile (e.g. image), but there’s no way to hide an entire row – I’m assuming I need some kind of CSS code.
I’m also seeing a huge gap between the header and content on mobile, still haven’t figured out how to close that so that the content is flush with the header. I hate asking for help, but I’m really stuck at this point.
Would love help: 1. CSS code for hiding rows on mobile devices 2. Closing the gap between header and content on mobile 3. Making the mobile header larger

It’s not strictly PHP7.2 related. Please follow these steps:
1. I you have WP “debug mode” enabled in config.php – please disable it.
2. If you are using CloudFlare, please refer to this article: http://www.support.dream-theme.com/knowledgebase/cloudflare-rocket-loader/ – one of it’s services (the RocketLoader) may cause this issue.
3. Go to any page of theme options and click “save” – it will re-generate dynamic styles and resolve the issue.

I checked my hosting and I saw that CloudFlarething but it doesn’t seem to be active since it’s asking me to log in if I have a CloudFlare account, so I guess it’s not active.
I tried option 3 and it’s still not working.

I never asked for a refund, and while I may have been harsh with my note (I now have adjusted to 3 stars), I think it’s not correct to lie in order to make you look good.

There is an option to hide both, Header and Top Bar, but I want only to hide one of them, in this case, the Top Bar, because I want a different layout between the starting page and the other sites. I hope that I am eventually able to use this theme since I like it quite a bit. I am unsure as to whether or not my current issue is a theme related issue. I purchased the theme and then downloaded the Installable Wordpress File and uploaded this winzip file via my Wordpress dashboard and then clicked the Install Now button and have constantly been receiving the same message all day long of:

Actually to be quite frank with you I did and it worked. In fact unzipping it and then rezipping it again is the only thing that allowed me to be able to upload the theme onto Wordpress. Any idea on why this happened? I am curious because I tried everything that you can think of as far as troubleshooting and so did my hosting service provider while they were providing me with assistance and the only thing that worked is what you just mentioned not to do. So I am wondering why this is happening because this is a huge inconvenience for the community of The7 theme’s purchasers. I just bought 2 more The7 theme licenses today and hopefully this error/issue does not occur again with those purchased licenses when I attempt to install them. Let me know what you think.

There were no previous reports of such issues whatsoever.. I can only speculate that slightly different versions/algorithms of .zip/.gzip are being used on our and your server. Which theoretically may have caused this error.
