presales question : how many plugins are used in this theme? This in order to know how many updates there are regularly required. This has a huge impact and is time consuming when creating multiple websites.

we include 3 plugins: Slider Revolution, Layer Slider and Visual Composer and the only plugin which is required if you want to get same site as one of our pre-built demos is Slider Revolution. So, you don’t need to use the other two.

from BeTheme version 20, all sliders comes with pre-built websites what means that you can easily import them from BeTheme > Pre-built websites section. More details about this process, you can find in the documentation.

I worked on LocalHost … I got an error when tried to install Slider Revolution and Layer Slider .. here the error : Download failed. cURL error 18: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining i cant install plugins any help?

we are sorry to hear that you have a problem with CURL library but this error has nothing to with the theme itself and you need to look for a problem on server side because CURL is not configured properly.

We use this theme for a Webshop and since a recent update product categories aren’t showing up on the shop page anymore. Instead directly displays all the products.
I already found out, that others have the same problem and I hope that there already is a solution.

1. Theme does not offer this feature itself but Be is compatible with The Events Calendar plugin so you can use it.
2. To change default footer, all you need to do is put own content for the copyright section under BeTheme Options > Footer section.

Sorry, I don’t understand. Do you mean I need import entire pre-built site (locally) and check how the sections/elements are made and reproduce those on live site? If you are referring to import just specific sections/elements, I do not see that option in a dashboard. Thanks
We refer to whole demos import and not just specific sections/elements because we do not have such possibility included.

There is an issue with the width of the contact form. I choose a 1/2 + 1/2 design to build the contact page. I would like to use the contact form on the left half but the rows width is only displayed around the half, not the full width.

Support/license portal NOT updating: I just bought a 2nd license for a 2nd website – waited 30 mins but still cannot activate Visual Composer on the new site with the new license because it’s not listed. It’s for tameyourmoneyelephants.com – the license for obsidianbusinesssolutions.com is already used, I’m aware of that. when I go to activate visual composer from the wordpress dashboard, it doesn’t show it in the list of licenses in the muffin theme support dashboard. again , just bought it. Support says expired (but that’s for the 1st site). Please fix – thanks. I should not have to purchase an additional visual composer license since it should be bundled with the theme.
