I’ve already increased the WP Memory Limit to 64MB, but it still doesn’t work, I don’t have any setting validation button on the panel. Regarding php.ini modification, I’ve contacted my host and he said that since my website is on a shared hosting, I’m not allowed to modify the php parameters… So, I have here a real problem, and I think I’m not alone.

So, I think you really have to find a solution compatible with shared hosting for your theme and the next updates. Most of your customers are using shared hosting. It’s not acceptable that we can’t anymore modify settings! I especially wanted to modify ads settings, and I’m loosing a lot of money rightnow.

Sorry but the theme requirements are public for everyone to see. If your host is not capable to handle the minimum theme requirements then you will not be able to use the theme properly. 1. If you want to move over to the new page builder, then yes, you will have to re-create all your page in the new page builder. You can still use visual composer in the current version of the theme as well , so you do not have to re-create the pages if you do not want to and you can still update the theme.

2. Sorry, but the support does not have a premium feature with special conditions. Unfortunately we cannot offer page speed optimization or theme updates. Sorry.

The articles in your site should be safe as they are kept in the database and will not get removed when changing themes. It is highly recommended to create a full back-up of your site though before switching themes. You will have to re-create your pages though as the page builders are not compatible with one another. Hi,

Please reinstall the Speed booster plugin from the latest theme package. The multi-purpose plugin will not deactivate the booster.

Regarding the icon issues, in most cases they have been solved by clearing all caches installed, and CDN if used. Be sure to clear the browser cache as well. After doing this check the results.

Each demo contains custom design, applied to default theme elements. You can see this custom design by examining the demo stylesheet, which is imported automatically when a demo is installed

The blocks used on the page are: block 5 on top, followed by 2 block 4 and last another block 5. Elements from demos could be recreated without installing the actual demo, with the help of that custom code. Thanks for your response. I already did use the demo, but it didn’t work completely. For the most part, it’s good, but like I said, there are still things I cannot replicate:

- Header Background image doesn’t work - First three article design cannot be replicated (or I cannot do it)

Thank you, it’s was cache. One more & last question. You show Telegram icon in desktop version. But not show Viber & Whatsapp icon in desktop version. It’s strange for me, because i & many my friends use all version of Telegram, Viber & Whatsapp (desktop+for phones). So we can’t share from desktop link on Viber&Whatsapp – why?

We made this decision because all of these networks are addressed to the mobile community and that’s why we have decided to hide them from the desktop. You simply display them for desktop devices with a bit of CSS code.

I tried again to reinstall both the theme and the plugins to see if I could make it work, but now the tagdiv composer doesn’t open anymore, I click edit on the homepage and all I get is a blank page. What could be the reason for this?

Please check the theme system status section, ask your hosting provider if needed to increase the parameters mentioned in this guide

Unfortunately a cpt cannot be filtered by it’s custom taxonomy. You can show cpt’s in the blocks of our theme but you will not be able to filter them by category.

Hello,

Yes, of-course. You can change domains as long as you do not keep the theme installed and active on both for prolonged periods of time. you can ‘de-register’ the theme from the system status screen.
