Hi!
I really like recent updates to Sliding Bar – great job there!
However, I would like to trigger it via icon placed in the main menu – is this possible?
I have both WooCommerce installed and Search icon enabled and would love to see Sliding Bar grouped with those two (as either first or last from the right).
This icon should also be visible on both desktop and mobile!
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I am very interested in purchasing this template but the site would have to be translated into 4 different languages (Portuguese, French, English and German). You can use as many languages as you want with Avada and all you have to do is use a multi language plugin, our theme is compatible with 2 very famous and easy to use multi language plugins called WPML and PolyLang and we have complete guided instructions about installing and using both of them with Avada which you can read below

What is the key to the Slider Revolution Templates Premium, which is included in Avada 5.4?

You do not need a key to use the slider actually since the slider is bundled free with our theme, however if you want to use the premium add ons and templates of any bundled plugin you will need to purchase a stand alone license for that, more about this can be read below in our documentation post here => http://bit.ly/1QLh9o2

Pre-sales question: I am highly interested in this theme for my next project. Is there some sort of built in functionality to achieve the side toggle that opens to a green purchase button like your demo site has? Or can it be done with a plugin perhaps?

Yes, we do have that in our theme for sure and its called “Sliding Bar” you can see it in our demos below.
For the purpose of showing this we have positioned it on right but you can position it anywhere you want such as right left bottom or top and you can check it out below in our demos, you can execute it either from menu ( + ) sign or from the side clicker too.

Hi, when using the side header (left or right) is it possible to show the banner in the mobile menu? The header features (especially mobile header) is the only thing really stopping us from changing to Avada. Thanks!

By default the banner area is disabled in mobile layouts for design purpose however with a simple CSS code you can enable this for mobile phones and it should appear there for you as can be seen in this screenshot => http://prntscr.com/hyuw60

Hello ThemeFusion,
is it possible to lock the Fusion Builder or restrict the functions for users, if they are not admins (e.g. editors)? I want that my clients are only allowed to change the content (text, images) and not the whole settings or positions of the modules, rows, structure etc.

Is there away to add more information product results pages (what shows up when i click on a product category, tag or search). Right now it’s just the product title, categories and price. We’d like to add a little excerpt (really just the product number) on the page displaying a collection of products.

Something else that is important is to also ensure any patches that our team releases between update cycles are applied as part of ongoing maintenance for your install and always clear your cache plugins post update

Thank you, MB. Your suggestion is my current solution which isn’t really a solution because I don’t check all my websites each day; I can’t. It’d be great to have a notification a few days in advance to patches being implemented. This is the second time I’ve requested this feature and something I consider a significant issue since the updates break each of my sites before I can implement the patches. If no solution is served up in a 3-6 month window, I’ll begin implementing a different theme provider that I’ve identified and moved on. I don’t mean to be aggressive here, just wanting to communicate the level of seriousness.

I didn’t explain my issue well enough. Any time I’ve noticed odd things going on on my live sites (multiple logos showing up in the header, text styles not showing, css mods or plugins not working) I’ve been able to fix by applying new patches your team has put out to the public. I’ve assumed TF has been prepping the theme for these patches and I’m guessing this is what is causing issues. I don’t know. All I do know is that I don’t experience these issues with other themes I use. Please let me know if I can help with any further information.

We appreciate your feedback, but treating us is not going to help, we are simply here to help you as best we can. What you are explaining here is very odd, to say the least so allow me to reply here to what you are mentioning as an issue:

I do not have much to work on with regard to what you are sating here as the last ticket you have cerated (out of 4 total) on our system was back in February 2017 and none of them are update or patch related in topic or context.
What we do know 100% is that of a patch or multiple patches were breaking installations, we would have several hundred thousand Avada website failures, simultaneously, and thereby we would certainly know about it. So the actual patches and method of applying the patches is a non issue.
If you look at this Avada Status page, accessible by all registered Avada users -> http://bit.ly/2qw34tK – there are 6 patches released for Avada 5.4, for example.
- WooCommerce horizontal tabs border color
- Fusion Builder update buttons displaying
- Vertical menu widget display issues
- WooCommerce equal height products
- Styling issues with featured events
- Content box timeline vertical timeline spacing
Are we saying here that your site/s have been damaged/broken in the exact areas that are applicable to these patches? If yes, we should take a closer look at each of the sites and the corresponding instances on the sites to understand why that may be, for your sites only
On the flip side, if the site/s are breaking in these areas before patches are being released then likewise we still need to check your install because none of the issues that patches fix are process critical and in no way affect day to day operation of the theme itself.

We do not and cannot send out (for example) email notifications that a patch is going to be released on a specific date or time simply because each patch is formulated and tested and then released as soon as our development team confirms and identifies the issue at hand. One centralised option is for you to check the Avada Status page, accessible by all registered Avada users -> http://bit.ly/2qw34tK – for patches released. Each patch has a release date

You have to make sure that after you update or apply any patch, you clear any cache plugins that you may be running. This is often overlooked.
For “multiple logos showing up in the header” and “text styles not showing” there are no patches that have been released in recent version that remotely relate to the theme logo or global text styling, and that will have most likely been cache.
What also must be noted is that any theme operates within and alongside the WordPress core. A recent update by WordPress, to version 4.9, brought about new implementation and a few bugs. This did play havoc with many 3rd party plugins and even our own Theme Options https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42574

Sorry to bug you again, but can you confirm that this works with the latest version of WP Bakery? (the new name for Visual Composer). I ask because we had our previous theme no longer work when we upgraded our VC to WPB and the author of that theme was no longer willing to update it. My client just wants to be sure that this will not happen again, as soon as we install it.

Basically our theme has its own page builder called “Fusion Builder” and we have not officially tested the Visual Composer with our theme since its not required with Avada, we suggest you to try and get in touch with the plugin author of WP Bakery about this as well.
Our own Front End Builder is also in works that will work with the Fusion Builder respectively where you can change elements from front end as well and copy the elements from back end to front end, we suggest you go try our Fusion Builder and you will find it very easy to use with endless layout options, you can check it out here => http://bit.ly/2gwIdfX
