Please use our latest version of the theme and update your plugin also. Then you will find url in the bubble. From admin->pages->home you can edit homepage using visual composer

Hello, I have just check your ticket and found that our support team has answered you many times to resolve your issue. If you follow our support staff recommendation it was resolved first. I just checky home page issue is resolved. I think you have followed our support staff guide and update your theme’s plugin.

Hello, Thanks for a reply, I have so many issues with this theme, the demo is not really easy to setup, error in the installation, no even looks like the ones you offer in your preview!, If I need to do from scratch everything, ill coding myself. When I trying to customize a lot of errors, You need to understand to deadlines and clients are my priority, and working with you theme make lost already two days of my project. I reinstall, WordPress because of this errors. Well, I’m concern about my timing on my project, so I decide to move to another Theme, to already I install and is working perfectly, not an internal error or misconfiguration and didn’t need to contact the support!. I talk with my hosting and is not errors there too with the new theme. I have been in Envato for 5 years and bought a lot of Themes for Wordpress, and I know from my experience when you going to have a theme with just a lot of problems. This is the reason I contact to ask my refund. I appreciate your response. Thanks
Thank you for your comment. Please send the issues which you found in our theme. We want to look those first. We are glad to know that you are using Envato 5 years. We are also developing WordPress theme more than 6-7 years and provided support over 12,000+ ticket till now. According to our testing and ThemeForest testing, there is no major issue in our theme. If your refund request meets Envato refund policy, we have no problem to refund due. Due to the nature of the product ( digital product ) without a valid reason, we are unable to refund.

Hello, You need to activate the theme first, then activate the plugins. Then from theme admin, you need to click the demo importer to import the demo. Once demo importer did, it will look like our demo. Your theme documentation describes this details.

There are two files in ThemeForest 1. Theme installer file 2. Full pack which include documentation and theme file. Please which one you have download from download section.

Very bad in customizing headers and footers. It uses the power of Visual Composer. No much options are there in theme settings. Poor support who informed when I was asking for a way to change header fonts “You need to understand one thing, what can be provided with a theme with this $59”!

It is not possible us to give your own customization help, which you told “I gave you full Admin control on my website, hence requested you please to do what ever possible to get things done. You didn’t provide me the option to change header and footer fonts. Your theme options are very poor. I didn’t request a support for customizing my website. I have just asked to solve the issues related to your theme structure. Anyway, I requested a refund. Thank you
Our theme has option what is needed for basic customization of our theme. We have the option to change body, h1-h6 font size and fonts from google font list. There is around 600+ Google font to select.

Demo content include in theme, it means after install and import content, I will look same like our demo.
Nice theme, but i cant enable header contact content from theme option, i have enable it from theme option but same. Also i cant change position of the logo, by default logo in centre.
where is both options?
Hello, Logo position change is not possible on the theme. You need to customize the header.php from the child theme. If you have option or error in header contact please send us your site admin access in our support system. We will investigate. Normally it was located in theme admin->header area.

Hello @SmartData Soft, I have purchased this theme, however, I can see many challenges. Visual Composer is not licensed, redux framework not licensed, header data and footer data not able to change it. simple data I’m not able to find a way to find it! Your theme is awesome but when it comes to customizing it, I’m spending too many efforts to find how to do it. Also, not able to find Cleaning_Services category. Please advise
Please open ticket in our support system , our team will help you. I think there is some kind of misunderstanding in your end. 1. Visual Composer work same like it single licence. If you need there extra features you need licence of theme.Which is same of all theme not only ours. 2. If you have enable the demo option from from plugin->redux then our option will not show it made problem. Please follow our documentation how to install the theme and demo content. It will resolve your issue.

From the 1st look it gave me very good impression regarding the design, however, I’m little worried about the code and the rest issues I have seen in comments. If I tried your theme and found that some issues are there regarding compatibility or not optimized for Google page speed test, Will I be able to request a refund? And what about supporting The Arabic Language as my website is in Arabic. Thank you ..
If your refund request meet Envato refund policy we have no problem to refund. If you read carefully, you will find of the issue is related to client server misconfiguration or misunderstanding of option. Our theme is well coded and user friendly. It also compatible rtl. For Google page speed you need to configure your site correctly, there are many factors of performance not all depend on theme. Like image compress, custom, is compression etc.
